Hi, I have a problem with the product page when I use load more and when more products are displayed I have to scroll up to see new products that are loaded on the page. When I choose to use regular pagination, only ajax sometimes works and scrolls to the top of the page, but then it also starts to reload the page and goes back to the page I was on before I clicked, for example, page 4.

Hi, Example: in shoppage i have 4 products in rows and 24 product at one page and is in page 1 and then click paginaton page2 it load page 2 with ajax. Then i click on page 3 and it also load with ajax but it jump back to page 2 and then reload the page and goes to page 3. ( it load with ajax but also reload the page)

Hi there, another request – can the variation swatches (for text / numbers) be in the form of circle / rectangle instead of just an underline?
And underline to indicate the variation swatches may not be very obvious to the visitor.

There is no such style in our theme. But you can customize it with a CSS code and make it looks as per your needs.

Hi thanks. Perhaps can this be a feature request? At least for default swatches for text-based variation not to be just an “underline”. But to have rounded / rectangular backgrounds.
We will review this in the future but can’t guarantee that it will be implemented soon.
Last Woodmart update mentions that the Bakery plugin is update to version 6.3.0. Sill in the latest available package I found version 5.7, which is even older than the one i had already in my site. I rolled back the change….but this is not ok. Can you please correct the package ? Thank you.

hello presale question. I have been going through your theme instructions and there is something I found weird. For products, the setting to show standard “add to cart” button under the product vs. when user hovers, is a universal feature? meaning, it cannot set per page or per section within a page? maybe for one page I want to display button without hover, for another page I want to display button with hover. if standard button is selected in customizer, then ALL products within the ENTIRE website will be standard button?

Thank you for your question. Yes, you can set different hover effects for particular Products sections displayed with a dedicated WPBakery element. But it also has a global option that will be applied for all pages in your WooCommerce store (shop, categories, filters etc.).

Thank you for purchasing our theme. You can customize almost everything in our including fonts, images, backgrounds, layout, colors etc. You can find all the available options in Theme Settings. WEBP is not fully supported by WordPress and our theme yet. Images with different sizes for different devices are built-in feature in WordPress.

I am genuinely interested in purchasing your theme. However, for a friend of mine I have seen your theme is being used on his website. Unfortunately, no plugin from WP repository for UPI payment (GPAY, PhonePe, BHIM) is working for your theme. My friend doesn’t require, so he doesn’t bother about that. But I need that to work. My question is: once I buy this theme, will you help me to get a functional and working UPI payment gateway? I don’t mind even if that requires a small customized tweaking. Please do let me know. Hi i got 2 problems!!!! Every time when i m trying to acces by dasboard it s showing me : (This page isn’t working www … redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS) And the content is not SSL secure, i was replacing everyithing and stil shows like the website is not SSL!!! I was trying lots a diffrents ways…. to fix it nothing work, i was trying a other free theme and the error disapired. Can you sort this out???

Hello, i have a pre-sale question :
I would like to create a marketplace with restaurants( = vendors) site.
Firstly (home page) customers will choose a restaurant with some filters( location, popularity, reviews, etc) and after selection, customers will browse the category and products of this selected restaurant (inside pages).
However, customers will not be able to merge products from different restaurants. One order will contain ONLY products of the same restaurant. Is this possible using your theme ?
