one information: is there a way to limit users to upload their profile image in high resolution? We have thousands of users and I think people could put the site down uploading heavy images. Any feedback?

I saw in the admin panel an option for profile images, but how does it work? does the site resize them when uploaded?

Hello, we are lot of users who have some bugs since your last update..My support expires but i can’t pay again 50$ for a bug due to the update, it’s not my fault but yours ! Two things :

- “buy this course now” button has changed to “add to cart” on the single course page.. Multiple users mentionned this bug in your forum. It’s due to the last update of your plugin : woocommerce learnpress add-on

- Since the last update, there is a conflict with the add-on Learnpress certificates, i can’t modify a class, i have an internal error.. When i deactivate the add-on, it works well again..

I would like to ask is there anyway to set LearnPress video lessons unskipable? I’m not sure is it my setting issue, when I’m trying out the course certificate, I’m able to just click complete all the way and finish the course, I’m able to complete the course without watching any video.

About 2 days ago, I updated your themes and plugins on my website. After that, I noticed an error. “Buy this course” Button changed to “Add to cart”. When press “Add to cart” button, its not reach to check out page directly and reach to cart page.

Quick question, my slider revolution is 6.1.3 and it warned “if you updated to WP 5.5 please don’t save any projects in SR until updating to version 6.2.18”. However it was available to save the slider slowly.

Theme has updated recently. Should I purchase through Themepunch to update the plugin to solve? We have been using Eduma theme for 5 years, this is first time having this issue.

When a user opens my website from a social media platform such as Instagram and Twitter and attempts to hit the hamburger menu icon, it does not work. My website Instagram page is @wizardcourses. If you go there and try to open the site from there the menu will not open. This happens on all of my social media accounts.

Hi Authors, I bought this theme yesterday and my site started to lose visitors and losing rank because of the Site Speed Issue, it is really very slaw theme as I used to get 96% or even 99% on google page speed test, Now I do not see more than 44% and 7% on mobile??? this is a very strange issue especially when it come with over 26000 sale theme that made nearly 2 Million Dollar??? I think it will be very easy for you to spend few dollars to fix this problem. Otherwise, you have a hidden strategy that may serve the famous training sites against small sites like most of this theme buyers here?

As a legal researcher, I am asking you today to fix this problem as soon as you can, specially in this circumstance of Corona and the need of Online training, and If you did not fix it, I m going to open a new case and asking to recover all our loss that caused by this theme.
