Thank you for the great theme! I just finished the installation, but I’m encountering a small issue. When I view the page in my Elementor editor, everything looks fine. However, on the live website, the pages are not loading correctly. It’s probably a CSS or JS error. I followed the installation steps exactly as described in the manual.
What’s causing this issue?

hello I wanted to know 1. The header images on the home page (slider) are darkened. Can that dark effect on images be modified? 2. Just below the header image on the home page, three boxes appear. Can you click on these pictures to access their description or are they just static images? 3. To make changes to the template, for example changing images, background colors, removing or adding a WordPress plugin, do you use CSS code or other programming languages? It’s simple? 4. I want to add a page with sales of some products, is it possible to add this type of page and Woocomerce?

1. In this case, images are darkened in graphic program for images, not with slider functions so it is not possible to remove dark effect. Top slider banner is created with premium Slider Revolution plugin that has many options for image and content customization. Please visit official page: https://codecanyon.net/item/slider-revolution-responsive-wordpress-plugin/2751380 Slider Revolution plugin is included in theme purchase and customer gets it for free when purchase theme.
A note: theme does not include images from demo website for download. That means, you would need to add your images or purchase license for demo website images to use it on your website.
2. It is possible to add link to these images. I added a link to inner page for demonstration.
3. Theme is built with Elementor page builder and no need for coding. Few shortcodes are added in header and footer widgets only (buttons above menu, for example), but it is easy to change its content. I recommend reading online documentation for all details. 4. WooCommerce is not included with this theme. I can’t guarantee this but it is most likely possible to use WooCommerce plugin for basic ecommerce functions together with this theme.
Hello, I use the page sections like on demo, but now don´t see any more the Elements to edit. They vanished somehow from backend, but are online on frontend. After updating the theme it is still the same. What could be the problem?

The “Slider Revolution” Plugin keeps asking for registration. Is the plugin licence included when I purchased the theme?
Yes license is included, no need to purchase plugin.
Just a quick question: where do I choose what slider to show on a page? I can choose the “Front Page with slider” template when I create a new page, but I can’t choose what slider is shown. Where do I do that? Can I access that template page or what? Thanks!

Quick question: how does updating work? I have to delete the theme and upload the updated version right? How does it affect the child theme and all the changes I made there?
Deactivate and delete old theme version, upload and activate new version (download from your dashboard) be also sure to update functions plugin. Child theme will not be affected.

New version of that plugin (rt psychologist functions) will appear when you activate new theme version. Be sure to deactivate and delete old plugin version before you activate new one.

It’s done. Too bad everything is a mess now. Main menu disappeared (there’s a footer menu instead), all home sections are broken, they also disappeared from dashboard… I can’t see new functions plugin. Shouldn’t it appear as you said or I have to install it manually?
Just set back menus and widgets, that is common situation with any change of theme. rt psychologist plugin – deactivate and delete current one and new will appear in appearance/install plugin, then you install it. If you have more support questions please send email, thanks.
Ok. Just one more: if colors changed, does it mean that the child theme was indeed affected? If so, how do I go back to my colors?
Set again all in Customizer (dashboard/appearance/customizer) including color (every time when theme is changed)
Thank you. Nothing about color in there. Site identity, logo, etc. I also tried to reproduce instructions in documentation (worked with .less file too). No way to get my colors back.
Apparently child theme is being ignored after the update. The colors are okay in both style.less and style.css files in child theme. But the site still shows the bad ones.

Its been a few years since I first used your nice theme.
Now I am adding an SSL Certificate, Everything is fine apart from one Googleapis Font – Inspect Error Bug – from the functions file.
Mixed Content: The page at ’’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Dosis%3A400%2C200%2C300%2C500%2C600%2C700%2C800&ver=4.9.8'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
This is the very last thing I can find to make the site perfect.

Why does changing the color have to be jumping through hoops? I changed the color hex code in style.less file and nothing happened. And yes, the WP-Less plugin is active.

No it isn’t. Theme is compatible with page builder Unyson.

Hard coded but can easily be changed in child theme or with translation as text string.
Will never recommend these guys, very rude the theme is not well documented
Right mouse click/inspect element – to find class for any element on screen you want to customize. There is no “exact number of css” for adjucting height because it depends of few things.
Every line of code can’t be documented.
Support doesn’t include customization of code.
Customization includes pointing to exact css class as well but for polite customers we go beyond rules and very often help with that.
Upgraded the appointment calendar from the free to the platinum version, seems the platinum version is not synchronizing with the them. I sent a support ticket to these guys nothing yet. Nothing mentioned in their manual.
This is what has been said in theme description about Appointment calendar plugin:
”- CP Appointment calendar plugin (be sure to read what free and pro version of this plugin include: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cp-appointment-calendar/ theme is compatible with free version, pro version must be purchased separately if you want it’s features)”.
Conclusion: theme is compatible with free version, pro version is not tested with theme yet.
@zpousti it seems you still have problem with your server and receiving emails. Please check that.
For anybody who is looking to buy this theme, yes the free Appointment plugin is included and it is completely useless. At certain stage you will have to upgrade to a paid version which this theme does not support. According to them the paid versions will not work with their theme.
I don’t know will it work as it is not tested with theme by author.
If any customer find specific issues with paid plugin version, can explain them exactly, has email address that can receive replies to emails – feel free to write to author about that. Updates (if needed) for paid version may be added for next theme version.
