2. The customers can book any package shows in booking form, we don’t have restriction in it.
3. The client can pay deposit with 50% amount and for the insurance, you can set additional service and apply it in all tous.

The customers can book any package shows in booking form, we don’t have restriction in it.” Our single tours may have in the same tour 2 bedroom options: single room or double room, and the client chooses how many of those types he wants to book. So each type of room must have different prices for different periods. Is this possible?

The value that is shown to the customer for 1 Tour, is the value of the Tour (based on the type and quantities of rooms chosen) + the value of the insurance (which can be based on the number of people or group). These values may vary for each type of Tour. Exº Tour to America = 100 € of insurance per person. And the Africa Tour = 200 € for all the Group.

1. Yes, it’s possible, but we have some restriction here:
- The customers can’t booking it in same time, they’re able to booking single room or (not and) double room in one booking.
- The different periods can’t set to same day. Example: single room package tomorrow and double room package must start of next 2 days.
2. We don’t have an option to include the insurance in booking form as you wish, we only have an option to set it in tour service, sorry about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yqLm78lzofU .

Hi there! i got your theme 2 years ago, back then a hated it (it was impossible for me to set stripe, authorize and paymill up). now ive changed for a 5 star . its pretty good. On the last update, stripe was able for my country (mexico) I configure everythind and i just have one problem (reservation system doesn´t send e mail to the client when a pay it’s made. but the system send a email confirmation when a registration is made by the client.(that means that the email configuration from tourmaster is correct) I would really aprecciate a response. I dont want to spend for six months support when my only problem with my theme is one. Maybe another fee for that solution. Thanks in advance

When we booking a tour the booking form asking me name, surname, email, phone, additional note and hotel name. I can fill the hotel name blanks with myself. Can we change this option from text area to dropdown menu for select hotel name which one we added from admin menu?

You should be able to change it in: Tour Settings > Tour Settings, if you can’t see the input field, then change the reservation bar to the booking form and update the value for maximum people information then change back to enquiry form as you wish.

Also, please note that this theme is not created for room booking. It only works for tour :/
