PS. For the changes you mentioned. If you edit core theme code you have to backend your changes yourself otherwise it will be removed whenever you update theme.

Whenever I try to add a menu section. I get an error. It just says Title, in the front end. When I check in the page editor, all the fields are changed to undefined. Same happens when I try to edit existing section. Please help.

Hello, I bought and made a website with your theme and thank you for the work. However, I face of different issues. It is not about complaining but send you feedback. I am french and my client too. For them, french admin dashboard is not an option. Most of terms are in the contentbuilder.shortcode.lib.php written in hard without translate tag. Postmetas.php & page.field.php have also unstranslated word. So, as a theme improvment, encapsulate word in a translate tag would be nice. As a workaround I had to copy this files and translates content in child theme but a second issue appears. Indeed, as parent theme functions are not encapsulated by if ( ! function_exists()): it is impossible to overload them and it force me to comment import files in Parent functions.php. Not so hard but client are not autonomous. So a second improvement would be this function encapsulation. Thanks anyway for this good job, Best regards,

Hi, yes, now I have version 5.5 because with version 5.8.1. the whole web was broken and nothing came out right. I had to retrieve the backup from the web and restore it. With version 5.8.1 the slides do not appear, some images and it also happens to me like “Kevinl86 ”, when saving the changes with the builder it does not save it … the changes disappear.
Please also make sure you update all required plugins including “Grand Restaurant Custom Post Type” too.

In the menu of my site, the button “RESERVER UNE TABLE” (as a pop-up) similar to your “RESERVATION” button on your site https://themes.themegoods.com/grandrestaurant/demo1/ (see screenshot) worked very well before the last update. Since then, the button doesn’t work anymore on my site as you can see https://autemps-sushi.jane-et-bernie.fr/.
The update also removed a great customization that your team had done: making the shopping cart always visible no matter where we are on the site (on desktop, tablet and mobile). Could you please help me and explain me how to put this customization back so that I can do it by myself when I update the theme again? (either a PHP code to be handed in each time, or a CSS code that will remain permanent).
I’m very annoyed because I have to deliver the site to my client this week-end (13/09/2020)... Could you please help me to get it up and running again?

It seems that all the updates worked… It’s my main browser (Chrome) that doesn’t want to delete the cache for some reason (I can’t fix this problem for the moment). Sorry for the inconvenience.
However, the theme update still removed the customization your team had done (I think it was done in the theme PHP): making the shopping cart always visible whatever page we are on (home page, “Le restaurant” page or “Evénements” page for example). Could you help me and explain me how to restore this customization so that I can do it myself when I update the theme again please? (either a PHP code to be reset each time, or a CSS code that will remain permanent).

You have to setup a child theme and make change through child theme files for that. So when you update core theme, it won’t remove any change from child theme.
