pero aun no logro la misma velocidad que tiene woodmart en el demo.
Por favor dime en que hosting y plan está woodmart y que tipo de cache esta usando.
Mi hosting esta en siteground en el plan básico, y cuenta con el cache sg optimizer de siteground y tambien usa cloudfare.
mencionar también que mi pagina ya esta optimizada al máximo incluso estoy usando imágenes webp, pero sigo sin alcanzar la velocidad del demo, por favor ayudame.

We are running a dedicated server for all our websites. But anyway, your website can be fast even on shared hosting. On our demo, we use WP Rocket plugin and KeyCDN. Please, send us your website link so we can check what speed problems does it have.

Hi, I see that WPbakery is still 6.3.0 in your server.. (appearance > install plugins). The latest is 6.4.1.
Any version below 6.4.1 is considered vulnerable. Please consider uploading the latest WPbakery please?

Hi, I don’t see a place to create a ticket or anything may be coz of support ended.
So i would like to give the details here and send the login via mail.
This is not a existing website, a new domain, a new server, a new folder. I installed wordpress the very latest version as at 09.10.2020. Then I uploaded the theme zip (both main and child) (which also downloaded 09.10.2020).
After this i go to back end and select the child theme to activate it immediately goes to an error and say “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”. (http://ronhaak.lk/)
Seems something wrong in the theme files, as i tried other themes it worked very well, only with this i’m getting this issue. (even your company basel theme also doing the same) (this could be a compatibility issue also)

It seems to be some problem with your website or hosting. We tried to install WooCommerce plugin and it doesn’t work too. Contact your hosting support to check this from their side and check the error logs.
I my self managed to find the issue and solved and installed too. It seems that `file_get_contents` function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.

How do I activate a WPBakery license? As far as I understand it is included in your theme

WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get free premium support from its author, you can purchase it from Codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates.

Hi, We have issue on our new products as they are not showing up in their main category. See this: https://bigmatmalta.com/product-category/christmas/ We uninstall plugins except for Woocommerce, issue still exists. But when we switched the theme to twenty twenty, the products shows. The parent theme is now updated to the latest but still the issue persists. Please help.

How closely integrated are you with Elementor. Looking at the demos, bike demo for instance, it seems as though it’s been built with VC/WPBakery. How would I go about using such a demo with elementor?
Also going back to integrations I’d like to know if everything you can do on your demos can be achieved using Elementor?
And also is a pro license for Elementor a requirement?

Yes, our demo is built with WPBakery page builder. But when you will install the dummy content, you will be able to import it based on the Elementor. It looks exactly the same as on WPBakery. Pro version of the plugin is not required.

You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3
Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.

Hello there, the “per_page=” selection provided by the theme, maintains correctly the attribute filters’ url parts, but it eliminates the official woocommerce brands plugin’s url part, which is “filter_product_brand=”. The add_query_arg is used differently, we have seen this in inc, integrations, woocommerce, template tags, and it seems as if this official plugin is totally ignored. This is really a great theme, we have 17 licenses until now(!) do you think you can provide a solution for this issue? The official woocommerce brands plugin is not a trivial plugin and woodmart is one of the best themes. Kind regards, Nikolas.

Hi there , Im aware that your theme is compatible with WP bakery and elementor, I am trying to create a mega menu as displayed in your documentation but the theme isnt allowed me to use any front end. I only have access to the html blocks as normal. Any suggestions how I can fix this?
EDIT : I fixed my issue by going into WP bakery role settings and setting a custom option under all the options and it allowed me to use it
