I’m interested on this theme but before I buy I have questions
1. Is this compatible with Shipping module like DHL, Colissimo, Laposte etc.. 2. Tracking order included? 3. Payment gateway?

This is a template and doesn’t process shipping or payments on its own.
As long as those methods are supported by WooCommerce they will work with the theme.
The theme uses the default tracking form from WooCommerce https://goya.everthemes.com/demo-fashion/order-tracking/
When configuring the product, I only get the size and color in additional information.

You must add your attributes as variations https://ibb.co/n0Sw4kt and then configure each variation https://ibb.co/ZTPH47gOf course, it only works for variable products.
This is not a specific feature from the theme. It’s one of the WooCommerce default functions. Check the documention https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/

Maybe the option to show swatches is deactivated in the Customizer > Shop > Filters & Variations

Hi Luis, I am about to purchase the theme. Only one question, I see in the demo that you can only search in products. Is it also possible to use the search function for blog posts? And how do I do that? Thanks in advance.

Being an ecommerce theme the search box only works for products. If WooCommerce is deactivated then it shows the regular search form for blog posts.
This theme doesn’t have an option for hybrid search. I don’t know if there’s a plugin for searching both products and blog posts. It’s just something I haven’t seen.
If you really need that functionality you must check for some plugins first. Because with this theme alone it’s not possible to that.
I am very happy to buy.. very useful .. very nice .. very clean .. very light .. stylish and elegant… I definitely recommend it.

Hello, could you add more items to the header layout in the next updates such as: Widgets, Html, Shortcode and social icons? Congratulations for your work.

I wanted to keep the header options as simple as possible but more flexibility would be desirable. Social icons appear already on the top bar and it could be easily repurposed for the main header. An html field would work for shortcodes too.
I’ll be thinking about those new options and a simple way to use them.

Probably, intro price will be kept for one month since the launch date…
hello i bought this theme as i seen your demo support webp images, but when i try to add webp image it says is not supported!!!
and the add to cart on product show case is always over image not assigned with the add to cart form!!!!
WordPress doesn’t support .webp out of the box. And this is independent from the theme. You need a plugin, like EWWW Image Optimizer.
About the add to cart button, there’s an option in Customizer > Single Product > Product Layout > “Fixed options/buttons”
Please, check the customizer for all the available settings. The demo import is just to show all possibilities. You need to select your preferred configuration.

the show case and information are displayed inline i will submit a ticket hoping you can solve this problem if you really need this theme to keep going, you need to care about bugs and provide a good support …for example the theme won’t update cart or price total when using the extra product options plugin, so no wonder users prefer to buy an older themes on the market

There’s no single line on any of the stylesheets starting with #wrapper .page-wrapper-inner because it’s too specific.
This is a product with the fixed options at the bottom https://goya.everthemes.com/demo-fashion/product/cross-training-shoes/ and it uses display: flex;
You need to provide your URL to check for specific issues because I can’t reproduce the problem and give you a solution, if this is really a bug.

This is a template, so it doesn’t process payments on its own. As long as your payment gateway supports WooCommerce then it works.
If you’re new to WooCommerce you must check some tutorials. WooCommerce specific configuration and management are outside of the scope of the template support.
The theme adds many options to the WordPress customizer. And it makes use of WordPress hooks whenever it’s possible to make it easier to customize with your own code. I can help customers with some common adjustments. But if you plan to do some coding you should know what you’re doing. This is true for all themes in the marketplace.
There is a documentation website that’s being expanded constantly with theme settings and small mods https://goya.everthemes.com/help-center/ . For WordPress / WooCommerce questions you must check their official documentations.

Both the language and currency switchers need plugins to work. For language use: WPML or Polylang, other plugins may work but they need some custom code.
The currency works with: WOOCS – WooCommerce Currency Switcher
The switchers are just list of links generated by those plugins.

Yes, that’s on purpose as you saw in the demo site. It’s called ‘Distraction Free Checkout’
But it you want to show the classic checkout with full header go to Appearance > Customize > Shop > Checkout and select Classic.

Hi, No, it’s not normal. iOS doesn’t support background-attachment to create a ‘parallax’ effect and a script could be overkill for the task. However, it should appear correctly as a fixed image. It’s going to be fixed. Thanks!

The import is a very intensive process.
Or you can try with the Basic demo which only has placeholder images.

Really appreciate your responses so fast! Regrading the mega menu does the functionally support 6 columns?
The menu doesn’t limit the number or columns. However, they have a fixed width of 240px.
But it can be easily adjusted to fit the container. Maybe we can add this option as default in the next release.
Love the theme! Almost ready to launch my site. I choose the logo on top and the menu beneath it. But today It has switched to the menu on top and logo under it. how do I change this back? also, I am not able to download the update
It seems that there’s a bug in the order of elements in the header version with logo on top. Their positions were inverted.
