Good morning,

I’ve just purchased the theme and installed the demo content but it appears as though lots of image files are missing and elements aren’t aligned properly.

Can you resolve this?

This theme is no longer functional, now with Wordpress 5.5 the Revolution Slider is out of date and can’t be edited due to a bug fixed in the latest version, but it can’t be upgraded as the license key isn’t provided with the theme. So I have a theme I can’t edit without losing data. Only choice is to roll back to a previous Wordpress version, which is a tad annoying. Purchased just over 6 months ago and support has expired.

Hello, I noticed that this theme really conflicts with a great deal of plugins. More than usual, is there a reason for that?

Hi I had my website running fine for a while and then all of sudden the main navigation dropdown menus dont work and the mobile hamburger menu doesnt work either.

The weird thing is that when I view it in the Customize: Live preview…the dropdown works

is not compatible with elementor?

You can try using Elementor, but our custom elements that are needed in order to replicate the demo and theme’s functionalities work only with WPBakery.

Is there a possibility to setup the blog posts to FULL WIDTH or any other template, which you can choose for example in the pages area? Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.  You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out.

But if you need an immediate update of any of the plugins, please send us a mail to helpcenter@qodeinteractive.com providing your purchase code in it and one of our support agents will provide you with the latest versions.

Since the last Wordpress 5.5 update, the Timetable plugin conflicts with $ .fn.browser (which has been deleted since jQuery 1.9) and bug sending message with contact form 7 due to an annoying error 500 : wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/17230/feedback

If I deactivate Timetable the sending becomes possible again, but I can not where my customer will be not happy…

I see that the latest version of the Timetable plugin you are offering is v5.8 which dates from 01/15/2019 while the original plugin offers regular updates and the latest (v6.2 from 08/14/2020) is specially for Wordpress 5.5. It would be fair of you to sell a product with up-to-date plugins…

I sent you an email regarding the favicon issue. The support website you forward people to is a waste of time. My questions are simple. Where do we update the favicon? Also, how do we update the woocommerce as the files are not updated. And that is an issue as it is causing errors. Please respond asap with how to adjust favicon as your documentation does not cover it and your theme options have no place to change the icon. Please address my 2 concerns. Our support helpcenter is working unconditionally. You can read more about how to submit a ticket in our article. We could not locate any request created from your Envato username.

Anyway to change the favicon you can do it in Appearance > Customize > Site Identity.

The images are included however they do come under copyright so if you intend to use them you will need to have a license for them. You can read more about it here.

I have installed and configured the theme but noticed that you’re using a very old version of Slider Revolution. You have pushed updates since the v6 release but you have not included it in your theme, why? Are there compatibility issues?

When will Slider Revolution 6.2.15 be included in your theme? I worry about the security of using an old version.

The sidebar is available for the shop page, but not for product category and single products. How can you enable it

Sidebar is available for shop category pages, you just need to define it inside default shop page and it will be displayed on taxonomies as well. It is important to note that sidebar is not available in product single page, which is a default theme behavior.
