I bought this theme, loved it. busy building a site for an artist. Updated the website and now all pages are blank black screens. I dont understand. I updated server issues, no change. I deactivated all plugins and did one by one, NO change.

What is the problem here, can anyone help!! we launch new music this Friday.

The Wolf Plugins keep un-authenticating and now I have to re-enter my purchase code whenever it happens. It disables all wolf plugins when it happens. Can you please advise as how to correct this? My support has expired but I paid of the these and now it is not working.

The author made mistakes with CSS/HTML in the Orders and Downloads tabs in the My Account section for the Woocommerce templates but refuses to fix them without getting paid for custom CSS work. Pretty shady. If anybody has issues with their My Account dashboard layout, specifically the layout of the “Orders” and “Download” tabs, I’ve fixed it. It will require you to create a child theme with a “woocommerce” folder, and a “myaccount” folder within that. Then you need to upload a corrected orders.php and downloads.php file. The fix was pretty simple as the author had duplicated some CSS classes in one part, and had misplaced the button code in both. Contact me at robboles5 AT gmail.com and I can send you the updated files with the corrected HTML since the author can’t seem to be bothered to fix his own product without additional payment.

Here is the downloads.php code to insert (look for the first line and then replace it and everything that follows with this):

I really liked this Theme when i saw it, But i’m REALLY having issues trying to import the demo data. i got on “Internal error (500)” then i found out it was a bunch of media files that “failed to Import”. I’ve already upped the WP memory limit, the PHP max input Vars, and updated the PHP version to 7.3.19 still with not success after trying to import again. what do i do now? HELP please! i know nothing about coding and presumed this would be a simple click and go process. and its turning into more than what i bargained for.

​Hey Constantin, The 1.5.9 update seems to have pushed all headings to the center (even though they are coded for Left Align) on mobile only. If the screen size is above 800px… no problem. Once the screen goes below 801px the headings jump to the center of the page (from Left Align in my case). Please review and advise. Thanks!

Hello. Suddenly my slider no longer works with my theme (Glytch). I can not save or update any sliders. I’m on WP version 5.2.2, Glytch Theme version 1.5.3, and Slider Revolution version 5.4.8.1. I have not recently updated any components.
