I am not able to update WPBakery or the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery because they say I do not have a license. I purchased the Leedo theme with the understanding that I would not have to purchase separate licenses for these plug ins. Please advise – how can we get up to date content for these plugins without purchasing additional licenses?

Hello, do you have a recommendation for a cache/site speed plugin that works on your theme? I’ve tried WP Fastest Cache, Litespeed Cache and Autoptimize but they all disable the page. This theme is beautiful but extremely slow!

I activated my theme license while I was building my site and using a temporary url. I have now gone live with my site and updated to the real domain. It’s now showing the theme is not activated and that it’s still installed on the temporary url even though it no longer exists. Is there a way to get a new license code so that I can update Leedo?

I found there’s the line with “vlthemes_custom_5f885408cd26d vlt-custom—5832 vlt-simple-image” and don’t know where can I find it via FTP to change it from #00bec5 color to my own? Hello, I have purchased this theme a year ago and it seems I forgot to add my purchase code at the beginning (weird). Now I realize my theme is outdated and so is WPBakery and it seems there is no updates available. Is it just because I didn’t add that code ? Or because updates stop at the end of the regular support ? Thanks

how can I use WP Bakery in the page of the portfolio items? It is not popping up at the top of those portfolio item pages

So apparently the VLThemes Elements on the WPBakery no longer exist. I’ve tried everything I can think of to bring them back. I can now no longer edit my site – and of course this all happens after my support expires. It seems like a rip off to pay another $43 to ask a question that should just literally be in your documentation. But the documentation kind of sucks. How do I get the elements back?
