Hello, we have the following theme in the company: Nimmo. The website: www.curamed24.de The following problem: The following problem has existed from the start. Whenever I want to change something on the start page and update it, 3 elements (contact information) are deleted in the lower area next to the contact form on the left. This is a very big problem, because every little thing that I edit on the website, these 3 elements are deleted again and again: address, email and telephone number. However, the opening times remain. Every time I have to delete the elements from the backend editor and then insert them in the frontend editor and then back into the backend editor to update it. Very inconvenient. Our programmer said that there was a bug in the theme. Can you help me with this and fix it? Because we can’t work like that. That would be really very friendly. I have an issue with CTCore and Redux causing my sites resources to max out when I am on the edit screen.
I can load the edit screen but if I try to make any edits on the page then it crashes my site. Same if I press the preview button. It crashes the site. The only way to fix it is to disable CTCore and Redux. It is only on this one page… all other pages are fine to edit. It seems to be that when I add too many images it hangs for some reason. For example: I created two rows of 4 columns. 4 images per row, 1 per column. once i get past adding 5 it seems to crash the site. It maxes out my Physical Memory and my I/O output for about 3 minutes.

first of all… not sure what you did,,, you were suppose to look at the sight and tell me what was going on and how I could install it… but instead you went in and changed my site… i could not log on with my login because you. had deleted the other two logins… and then disabled my plugins… and you left me a message it is installed… so i figured out how to get in the site with the account i gave you… boy was i pissed to look at the users and realized on the support user was left…
