We have a problem with the Yoast SEO plugin. When editing it, the toolbar of CKEditor appears, making it impossible to edit the fields. Disabling the skrollex/assets/lib/ckeditor folder from the FTP, we can do the edition temporarily. But this is only a temporary and cumbersome solution. Is there a solution for this?
The theme has not been tested with this plugin but no one has reported this issue before. Perhaps this plugin is reloading a library that the theme has already loaded. Unfortunately, there is no reliable solution in WordPress to prevent such conflicts. Yoast SEO is a common plugin, I will think if this problem can be solved in the next versions of Skrollex.

Dear Sirs, thank you very much for this template, which I like very much.
Two questions are keeping me busy:
1) Does Skrollex offer a built-in gallery like the solution by GT3 (which is not working with Skrollex unfortunately), and I don’t mean the Slider. If there is a third party plugin you recommend, I’d very much like to know 
2) Can I change the font size for Post Pages somewhere? The mobile font is pretty small and I’d like to increase it.

Fernando1) There are no such extensions in the theme. Unfortunately, the theme is not tested with third party plugins and I cannot recommend which one to use. In theory, pages created using Layers should work fine with plugins that allow you to insert content using shortcodes. In the theme, you can also create pages using the regular WordPress editor. In such pages you can use plugins that allow you to insert content using blocks or shortcodes.
2) To change font sizes for blog posts add to Appearance / Customize / Additional CSS code like this:

Oops. Changing the font-size: 14px line to, say, 18 px just changes the padding from the headline of the post to the top. But Custom CSS must be the way. Maybe defining a class?

Hello, I use the Skrollex theme and my hoster switched to PHP 7.4 today and since then the website (www.lugumedia.de) is no longer correctly accessible. From the error message I read that the theme is the problem (is up to date). I ask for help.
Please install latest version of Skrollex it should work ok. Also make sure you don’t have debug mode for WordPress enabled. https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/
The latest version (2.5.1) of Skrollex is installed and the debug mode for WordPress is not activated either. So how can I solve the problem?

Pictures 1 shows Skrollex preview tablet mode. Pictures 2 shows Ipad Google Chrome …. Everything looks fine on the phone.

I think you have empty columns in the SX Section. Should not use empty columns for layout since it can lead to wrong results depending on window size.
Column 1 contains 8 of 24 Column 2 contains 16 of 24 Column 3-5 contains 8 of 24

I saw what was the reason. SX Section may not scale columns correctly if the section is split into columns of unequal width. I’ll think about how to fix this in the next updates. Unfortunately, this is not easy to change, since a large number of sites have already been made on Skrollex and if the scaling algorithm is changed, this can lead to undesirable results.
Until I figured out how to fix this, only divide the section into equal columns to to ensure that this effect is avoided.

your awsome theme makes me happy, but there is one thing I can't fix: In the blog post no comments are shown. There is an indication (like "2 comments") but the comments are not visible. If I understand you correctly, you are using third party plugins to display accordion, tooltip and infoboxes. Most likely these plugins have settings to set the position, or this can be done using custom CSS if you have coding skills. Perhaps this is described in the documentation for the plugin. If you provide a link to the page, maybe it will be clearer for me how to solve the problem.

It is documentation for HTML version of Skrollex, but you asks in section for WordPress version support and marked as buyer of WordPress version. This features is supported only in HTML version.
Are there alternatives?
Third party plugins. The theme has not been tested with other plugins, but pages created with Layers should work fine with plugins that work like WordPress shortcodes, and pages created with a regular editor should work fine with plugins that work like WordPress blocks or shortcodes.

Hi I hope you can help – Had a bit of an unfortunate day so stick with me.
I originally downloaded the html version of Skrollex by mistake from theme forest and will need a refund if possible?
I then downloaded the correct WP theme – followed all your advise, including trying to increased upload space (I have increased to 1gb), uploading the layers theme, trying the ftp method and nothing is working.
So I really have spent too much time trying to upload your theme and its not working so can I refund the wptheme too please?

Please make sure you are installing the correct file. The theme zip file is inside the zip file that you download from ThemeForest. This is described in the documentation. Also make sure that you have installed the version of Layers that is provided by the link in the documentation.

Skrollex does not affect the connection. Try disabling all third party plugins. Especially those plugins that are responsible for optimization and caching.

I am using skrollex theme with Elementor builder. I would like to use the slide show without theme layout builder. I used parallax multi background images using codes below.
It works well on desktop. But it is a static image on mobile.
How can I make this work on mobile?

You may be using an older version of Skrollex. Try installing the latest update. In older versions, background image animation was disabled. If you provide a link to your page, I can tell you more precisely what the reason is.

Thank you for the theme, I’m very much enjoying it. I have found, however, that BuddyPress does not quite work properly out of the box with this theme, I think due to Skrollex missing some hooks that BuddyPress needs or not having a compatible page template option. I totally understand that Skrollex wasn’t necessarily designed with BuddyPress compatibility in mind and it’s not officially supported, but I’m trying to make it work to satisfy the requirements of the project I’m building with my copy of the Skrollex theme. I also realize customization isn’t included in my support, so I’m not necessarily asking for a complete solution or any handholding, but I was just wondering if you might have any suggestions or be able to share some documentation that might be useful, as I’ve had a very difficult time finding useful documentation online. Or perhaps if you know of any other projects that have made BuddyPress work with Skrollex that I could take a look at. Or maybe you have some familiarity with BuddyPress and have played around with it and your theme before and maybe have some tips. I’m just looking for whatever help I can get figuring out how to BuddyPressify the Skrollex theme
Unfortunately the theme has not been tested with this plugin and I don’t know what problems might arise. I also don’t know if any of the theme users installed this plugin. I also have never used this plugin myself and know little about it. I could give some advice on certain problems if you gave a detailed description.

The logo is automatically scaled to fit the top menu height. Otherwise, it will be displayed incompletely or crawl out of menu boundaries or break the layout.
If you want to change the layout so that the top menu will fit the larger logo, then this can only be done using CSS coding. But it is not very easy to do well. Keep in mind that if you increase the size of the menu, it may overlap the elements of the page. To prevent this from happening, you will need to take care of the top padding in the content. Also keep in mind that the menu size changes as you scroll.
Hello, is it possible to use custom icons as column icons instead of FontAwesome or Linecons? Can I define my own icons through css and use them as column icons?
If the icons are made and loaded in a similar way so that they can be used viа classes, then just specify other classes in the options.

The theme uses the version of Font Awesome that comes with Layers. The latest version of Font Awesome can be installed using third party plugins from WordPress repository.
