No, since those aren’t coming from the theme, they are from the language files, look through other folders and files throughout your language pack. Or you should consult with the language pack developer, they are manually writing the translations for each entry and should know better where each line is.

Demos are very loaded with different modules to show what’s possible but in real stores it’s recommended to have less content. Just make sure you input the code in the proper field, don’t get it mixed up with the username field and it should work. Also the purchase code must match the username, meaning the purchase must have been done with the same username.

Hi, not sure exactly how you mean but if you’re referring to opening a new ticket that means your support is expired and needs to be renewed as that is only available for 6 months.
However, your purchase code is valid for lifetime and you always have access to the latest updates and demo exports.

Or wait a bit as sometimes there are short outages from the Envato purchase code verification server.

I have verified your info and it works fine in our demos, access any demo admin you wish to export and go to Journal > System > Import/Export and just add your username Goal_infocom in the Themeforest username field along with the purchase code associated with that username. They must match.
Hi, Can we suggest related categories or subcategories at the end of a product page? i mean instead of just showing just related products i want to show related categories & sub categories that are related to the product visited. if it’s possible may you give the instrucution to do it?

You can only show products, they don’t have to be just related, could be from the same category or same brand but you can list just the actual category links, unfortunately.

Hi, in Journal 3, what is module should I use to create rotating text? In Journal 2 I use module “Headline Rotator” but can’t find that module in Journal 3. Thanks 
Hi, we don’t have that particular module anymore but you can use the Slider module with transparent image and just with text layers.
Or the Testimonials module, doesn’t have to be testimonials, it can rotate any text.

Hi, you need to use a different header module for that. Each header module offers a different layout and set of options.
In this case you need to work with the Slim header.
Go to Journal > Header and create a new Slim module, then assign it to the skin in Journal > Skins > Edit > Header > Desktop Header, then edit the module to your needs, add menu modules, styles, etc.

I recently upgraded my opencart installation as well as journal theme to the latest version.. when i clicked on modification refresh ive started getting error:

ive already tried deleting files from cache folders still not working.

Already did.. multiple times.. Uploaded latest Opencart files, uploaded latest theme files, run opencart upgrade script, uploaded latest theme files again.. goto admin area, refresh modification and the error start coming again. already cleared cache files everywhere

Has anyone successfuly configured the Theme and Opencart to use the Lightspeed cacheing plugin/server feature?
Everytime i enable Lightspeed, the site stops displaying the mobile version on mobile devices, or the desktop site formating completely throws a fit and either tries to display the mobile version (on desktop) or throws the rendering out completely.
Wondering if the theme cache and the lightspeed cache are conflicting somehow?
Anyone have lightspeed working without issue? Any tips/suggestions?
