Hi, you can see all the related options under apperance / customize / shop. from there you can set the layout that you need and then set the related option for example set grid and then set the number of column and etc

Hi there. Sorry for the confusion.
Please note the main layout of the shop page is controlled by the Woocommerce and there are not many options for adjusting that. If you are using the Phlox Shop plugin though, several options will be added to the Customizer panel for customization but unfortunately none for the main layout.
That being said, if you use product-related widgets on normal pages, there are options available to set the layout as you like. Try the “Advance Products” widget for that and see the options. Hi, you need to buy different license per each domain, if it is only one domain and the sites are on subdomain not different domain then 1 license woulde be fine

Recent update has disabled the ability to edit using Elementor and has made the theme unmanageable. Phlox is throwing off too many fatal errors as has been detailed above. I built an entire client site using this theme and was ready to launch a few days ago but after recent update, the entire site stopped functioning properly. I wasted an entire day trying to debug it. I’m hoping that the devs at Averta can resolve this quickly (by tomorrow) otherwise I’m ditching Phlox and never looking back. Buyer beware.

Yes. I am sure. Still can only edit in safe mode and none of the Phlox Pro elements appear in backend from Elementor Edit panel. This is a disaster!

This is still an issue. Cant edit Elementor unless I use Safe Mode and can’t access any Phlox elements in Elementor. I reinstalled on a fresh site and the issues still persist. Is anyone else having these issues?

Yes, it’s the second day that I have my web store under maintenance because of the auxin phlox addons issues. There is also an issue with woocommerce blocks and Gutenberg that is causing a 500 error and not embedding the cart page on the frontend. Somebody, please help to update this plugin to the latest WP version 5.5.1. They are compatible up to 5.5.0. My store will no produce money under maintenance. Can you please check and update the add-ons and plugins?. Im running a business here and I didn’t start doing web design last month. Your changelog says “compatible up to 5.5.0” and wordpress is updated to 5.5.1. Your version could be stable but obviously something is happening with wordpress core files and WooCommerce.

Is there an error with the auxin-elements plugin?
It seems to be causing a fatal error calling an undefined function auxin_get_option() on line 37 that then leads to pages and pages of connection refused requests every 30 seconds.
Running the most recent version of the theme as far as I’m aware.

I knew it, I have the same error, everything is updated but elementor is not responding at all. Also WooCommerce hooks are showing problems.

After updating Phlox Core Elements to version 2.6.20, I can no longer edit in Elementor. When I press “Edit with Elementor” I get the following error.

Great Elementor theme. But there are many confusions/conflicts with elementor. Phlox Navigation menu in elementor takes a lot of time to load. It appears after loading full page.

The “All” label for the portfolio is in the theme package. Meaning that if you are using the Loco Translate plugin, for example, you need to search the theme strings. For the breadcrumb, I’m not sure if that would be possible because we do not have an option for that.

I use the theme for testing on staging domain and is not longer in use. How do I please deactivate it if the domain no longer available.

After latest update, mobile layout is totally messy. It is impossible to set the width of the column for mobile. I try with another theme, and everything works. Please fix this!!!

Can we get some activity on ticket #1283217402? It’s been 12 days since we were told developers will investigate high CPU issue caused by Phlox after recent update. It’s causing us problems. We’ve even paid for additional support through a separate account.
