does this theme have inbuilt product reviews option?
The theme includes the code of the Free Shopify Review app https://apps.shopify.com/product-reviews , your site only needs to install this app, and it will auto-work.
For another 3rd party Review app, you need contact with the app provider, they will help you make their work in our theme. Thank you

The theme don’t include PSD files. It only have the Shopify theme package and Documentation guide how to use the theme. Thank you.

We have taken Oars template for our Ecommerce business 4 days back and using 3rd page, but the theme has limited features which is not serving our business model, please find below and resolve the issues -
1. Limited nativation menu’s, we need more navigation as we will be having more products in near future. 2. We need to add video , and details description of product as well.

1. Are you mentioning about the Mega menu options? As our notice: the purchase package will have 4 Mega menu options for Horizontal menu and 3 Mega menu options for Vertical menu. If you want add more Mega menu, it will be customization request.
2. You can add the video iframe into the description, or the video in the Media area. Oars theme support it.

Does this theme support inserting videos in the main slider on the homepage or in the about us page or in the products detail page?
The Home page slider don’t support video. But you can input the video iframe into Page content and Product description page. Thank you.
How much do you charge for customization?
I think it also can not do with customization, because this is the limit of Slider source. Thank you.

We don’t have a trial package. We will accept a refund when our theme that installed in your site doesn’t work as our live demo. Except bugs related to 3rd party source or App or customer change. Thank you.

You can download any time the new package in the Download page of Themeforest.net. We don’t provide update or upgrade your existed package. But if your existed package take error, we will help to fix it (license support still available). Thank you.

In the Product Detail page, where there are more than 5 images of a single product, the images we upload for that products are getting aligned on the left side and they are getting aligned vertically and we need to scroll down. Please rectify the issue or please help me sort it.

Now I cannot go live until this issue is resolved. I have tried setting it up with side ways arrow but I need it vertically up and down. Can you please help?
