“Shop By Category” means “mega menu” only available for the desktop version.

You are misleading and it is not described, it is not responsive as not working on Mobile version. How can customer shop if not able to see “Shop By Category” in mobile phone. If you not refund, I will lodge the complain to ACCC

I recently moved my website from my development server to my live server however now it is saying my key is registered at the other server. I removed the key from the development server and put on this one but it is still saying it is registered to the old one. Can you assist?
In addition, I’m seeing a blank white screen after the transfer was done but all the pages etc. is there. Can you advise?
The other pages like that installed for woocommerce show up fine. But other pages just show a blank white page like the Home Page, About Us and Contact Us.
