Hi, Before I buy your theme, I would like to know the following. 1.. Do you have a backend demo of the theme. Please mention the link. 2. Does your theme support google rich results I mean schema markup for job posts and companies etc? 3. Do you provide integration for indeed and jooble jobs, if yes, do I need to purchase the plugin? 4. Do you provide support for indeed and jooble jobs import and is it free or paid plugin? 5. What other integrations are provided free with the theme purchase without purchasing any plugins? Please answer soon. Thanks

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out again.

With respect to your query here:

  1. We only have a frontend demo and not a backend demo at the moment. If you want to test the plugin used in this theme you can do that via this link for more insight about this.
  2. Yes! schema markup data is included when Job Listings are created. The theme uses the same data schema as the Wp Job Manager plugin. I would also suggest checking into this article.
  3. For integrating Indeed Jobs to Jobify, you will need the Indeed Integration add-on as it is supported by Jobify. Also look at this documentation to have it set up:
  4. The plugin is a paid plugin with yearly renewals. At the moment we do not offer support for WP Job Manager, you can however contact their support in case you need any help .
  5. There are quite a number of free plugins that you can integrate with the Jobify Classic theme as indicated in this doc here.

I hope this information helps. Please feel free to reach out once again in case of any questions.

Are all the structural data shown on this page present? https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/job-posting

Hey there,

Hope you are doing well today and thank you for reaching out.

Yes! Structured Data is included when Job Listings are created in order for Job Listings to get indexed! :)

I have my website all customised, new colours, customised CSS…if I update the theme am I gonna lose all the customisation I’ve done before?

Hey there,

Hope you are doing fine today and thanks for reaching out.

Regarding your issue here, once you update your theme you will most likely lose all your custom work in CSS. This is because an update of the theme replaces all the files of the previous version of the theme including the CSS stylesheet you had customized.

I hope this answers your question here. In any case you have any other query please let me know.

Hi, Loving the theme so far! Wondering if there is a way to remove the google map feature from the job search results page. I do not need the map. Thank you!

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

With respect to your query here, yes you can remove the Google map feature in the search results page. You simply need to edit the “Find a Job” page and change the template from “Job: Maps & Results” to any other template like the default template. This will exclude the map feature in the search results page.

I hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hi,

Do you know a way/plugin to integrate company reviews/ratings?

Thanks!

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Regarding your question here, unfortunately, there is currently no addon/plugin for rating/reviewing companies at the moment. In that case you would need to look for a custom solution from developers in the WP Job Manager plugin team . They may have suggestions.

I hope this information helps. Please feel free to reach out once again in case of any questions.

Hello I have some presale questions: - is it possible to create custom fields for registration and jobs posts? - if yes, is it possible to create filters for them? - is it possible to create “slide range” filters? - is it possible to style the job listing page with Elementor?

Thanks

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Regarding your question here, using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin you can create fields for your submission field like a Phone number or the WhatsApp field.
As for a registration form fields, you may need to modify the default registration form using custom code in order to add new custom fields.
These fields can then be used as filters, but the Field Editor plugin does not offer the creation of filters. Creating filters will require custom code modification at this time.
At the moment, Jobify is only compatible with Elementor using the Elementify plugin where you can add theme sections and style them as well.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out once again in case of any questions.

Hi there!

Do you have some kind of demo for admin panel? I mean, to see how dashboard for employers and candidates works? :)

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Regarding your question here, unfortunately, we do not have a demo for this at the moment. However, you can test out WP Job Manager demo via this link here.

I hope this clears things up. Please feel free to reach out once again in case of any questions.

Hello! Keen to get Jobify for our requirements but not sure if it would support what we need, appreciate if someone could help clarify.

Our website is for both companies and freelancers, where by they each have their own profiles. Companies can post jobs, while freelancers can post services. And they can reach out to each other via messaging.

Does Jobify support the above?

Hey there,

Hope you are doing fine today and thanks for reaching out.

In reference to your question here, Jobify is only meant to be used as a Job Board, and not so much as a Freelance Service Platform. You may be able to get away having users submit their information as a Job and users can contact them, but it might require additional work to make it into a Freelancer website. As for the messaging, logged in users can message each other directly using our Private Messages plugin.

I hope this clears things up. Please feel free to reach out once again in case of any questions.

Hi Astoundify.

With the latest update you made some changes that adds titles to the top of each page. This has really messed up our company career portal and I been desperately trying to figure out how to remove them as it really mess up our design. Our support has expired and I would normally not have a issue with renewing it in the case it was our fault etc and we needed some assistance. But in this casa it is not our fault and I do not feel it is fair that we should be paying for support access to fix something that is caused by an update from your side. I hope you guys can see the logic in this and help me out and tell me how to disable these page titles. Thank you in advance and I look forward to your reply.

Kind regards

Version 3.16 still shows 3.15. When I updated this today, making sure that the download actually contained the jobify-3.16.0 folder and unzipped the entire folder to get to that and upload, it showed me it was still 3.15 (“This theme is already installed: current 3.15.0 uploaded 3.15.0). I am running a child theme so I updated the headings in there and in your style.css for the new version it still said 3.15 so I just changed that to 3.16 in the child css. It showed that version when I checked the child theme but the jobify version is still 3.15, so I don’t know if it was just a mistake and that version number wasn’t updated somewhere or if I’m still running an old theme? I am in a staging site and renamed the old jobify theme to be sure it really did upload the 3.16 one. I read your readme notes on the updates to the theme but have no way of really checking these things. Can you comment on this possibly? Thanks.

Hi ! Jobify is compatible with Elementor! Do I need to install Elementor before installing the demo?

Best regards

Hey there,

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Regarding your query here, It is always recommended to install all the plugins you require before installing the demo. However, please note that in order for Elementor to work with Jobify you may require the Elementify plugin.

I hope this clears up things. Please feel free to reach out once again in case of any questions.

Pre-sales question 1) Can you provide the username password for employer and employee login 2) How does filtering work for employers? 3) Can more than one member from one employer access the platform?

Hey there,

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Regarding your queries here, first as a site owner you only have access to the employer username and not the password. In any case, a user can not retrieve their credentials they could simply reset or change them.

As per the filtering issue, you can sort them via keyword, location, or category. At the moment, Jobify enables employers to search for candidates via the front end as seen here.

Not sure what you mean here, however, anyone can access the platform but there is no option for a Candidate to access both the Employer and Candidate Dashboard.

I hope this information helps. Please feel free to reach out once again in case of any questions.

Hey there,

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

In relation to your query here, the above screenshot displays the content for an application form. To achieve this with the Jobify theme you would need to use the WP Job Manager – Applications plugin.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out in case you have any further questions.

Trying to get support for my purchase of Jobify, but your system isn’t reading my Envato account correctly so I’ll start here. When I go to select my demo to import, the import never completes it just says “False”. The reset button does the same thing. Please help me import the demo content so I can begin customizing this great theme.

I found the manual upload instructions in the documentation and it worked! So glad to have a working theme. I actually bought this one because I bought a different one first and it was broken out of the box.

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

We are glad to hear you were able to fix the demo importation issue.

Hey there,

Hello! Whats the difference between the ‘token you generate’ and the purchase code? I have deleted previous tokens and am trying to install the theme on another server but i cant seems to install all the theme demo contents. What Should I do?

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

As per your query here: A token makes development easier for users to receive automatic updates for your purchased item on ThemeForest. On the other hand, a purchase code is a unique key that is used for validation or registration of a purchased theme. It also allows you to access the theme support once you have registered your theme.
As per the demo content installation issue, we are currently working on fixing this issue. Meanwhile, I would recommend that you try this alternative which should work for your case. .

I hope this information helps. Please feel free to reach out once again in case of any questions.
