We have bought your theme but we have a probleme, that we cannot update the PageBuilder, because they give us an Error that we use the free Version of the PageBuilder. But the PageBuilder is included when we bought the theme. Can you please help us.

You are not using a free version, it is the full regular version of WP Bakery. Because you have the plugin included in a theme, you will be able to update it along with the theme. We will release the new theme version as soon as possible. All the best.

Hello, I created a new slider (deleted the old one), I selected the new slider to be used from Customizing -> Header slider but on my webpage it shows: Ooops… Slider with alias home not found.

First, you should check if the page does not have the old slider set at Individual Page Settings, which would override the settings in the Customizer. Second, please make sure you are running the current version of the theme. If these do not help, then it should be related to header caching, so you should check your local caching settings. Hi, Please take a look @ familydentalcare.gr and tell me why the buttons in the front page aren’t working. WP 5.5, latest theme udate, + Enable jQuery Migrate Helper – installed. These are 3 buttons including slider’s one. Thanks in advance! The problem exists for several months now.

If you are using the button from our demo content, it could be caused by the smooth-scroll value added in the Extra class name field of the button settings. If removing this class does not help, please open a ticket with WP login info and we will investigate on your platform. All the best.

I have updated the theme today but i still have the problem. It does not show my slider revolution photo. Also when i use a background photo it does not work
The fix for the conflict is in the Xtender plugin, so, after updating the theme, please make sure you are also updating xtender and the included plugins. All the best.

Yes, I assume you have updated WP to the new version. We generally do not recommend updating WP before the compatible theme version is released. Hello, the social icons at the footer does not show facebook,twitter,IG and pin interest icon. It only shows 4 “unknown” icon. I tried to use shortcode for dental icons and it works. Is there anything wrong with the shortcode for social ? (This is the shortcode I found in footer: icon icon=’fa-facebook’ size=lg link=”#” icon icon=’fa-instagram’ size=lg link=”#”) Please help.
After the recent Font Awesome changes, if you add social or other brand icons, you need to add the fab ID also in the shortcode, like this: icon icon=’fa-facebook fab’ All the best.

The button in our demo page has a smooth-scroll class added in the Extra class name field, for smooth in-page scrolling. I need to insert another menu in the top bar area of this theme. Is it possible?
You would need a third party solution which allows adding menus through shortcode or add it through PHP. Still, that section is not built for a menu, so it will not look good without custom CSS. Therefore, enlisting the help of a professional developer is probably the only solution. All the best.

The header settings for automatically generated pages, like the category page, are inherited from the global settings. So, the easy solution would be to remove the slider from Appearance > Customize menu, which applies globally, and add it at Individual Page Settings, for the pages where you want the slider to be displayed.
