Hello,
This was a mistake from our side. In the meantime (since we’ve made the update, yesterday), the problem was fixed. In order to get the last update please do these steps:
1. Access your WP dashboard.
2. Go to Plugins, find the ModelTheme Framework plugin, and disable & remove it.
3. Now, go to Appearance -> Install plugins, and reinstall the plugin.
Final note: The new installed plugin should contain the the last version.

We found and fixed this problem. All you have to do is to disable and remove the plugin. Then reinstall it from Appearance – install plugins.
Seems that it was not packaged well on the previous update.

Usually, the demo import process problem is caused by low hosting/server resources. Most probably, the max_execution_time on your hosting is too small and needs to be increased. There is no menu Footer Bottom on Theme Panel, only Footer setting but there is no menu for edit copyright
