Why not you update to the latest version 5+ which is fully supported with the latest version of WordPress 5.6 and Php 8. Also it is built in Bootstrap version 4 which is more flexible. Hi. It seems like I can’t add donations collected. I tried using user WP Commerce Donations system, but I can’t save the donation. This is the screen I see https://prnt.sc/vtlmfl. Can you please tell me what should I do? I read documentation already, made my account, checkout, order results with shortcodes provided. I am using Lifeline2 version 4.3. I tried updating theme to 4.4.1.1. but it didn’t fixed the problem. I can’t update to v5 because it will break my website (I tried on local machine). Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your interest, Lifeline2 is better than Lifeline because it has been rebuilt with modern softwares like Bootstrap 4, Lifeline Donation plugin, Fast coding practices, easier to customize etc. We are also launching its Elementor version therefore it is a better Theme than Lifeline.

You are facing this problem because of server configuration of your site. Your site doesn’t have enough memory on the web server to unzip and upload the contents of the zip file. Please make sure that your site fulfil the below requirements .
PHP version should be 7.3.
Ask your hosting provider to check the following settings in “php.ini” file.
1- post_max_size = 120M 2- upload_max_filesize = 120M 3- memory_limit = 500M 4- max_execution_time = 300 5- max_input_time = 300

hi, is there any update documentation for upgrade process? im currently on version 3 and would like to move to v4 or even version 5.. but i cant find any documentation for the upgrade process.. so far what i have read says that v4 is based on prev system and v5 is new altogether. so which means i would need to update to v4 first but i cant seem to find version 4 updates in the download. where can i download the v4?

Sorry for late response, actually it was necessary to change introduce version 5 because lots of technical weaknesses and old scripts and plugins were creating problems. So it became difficult for us to continue with Version 4, for upgrading to Version 5 from 3, you need to understand the new version by reading the attached documentation and after that you will easily be able to convert the old site to the new one. The best way is to create a new site, import Demo data of your selected Demo and start applying the content one by one manually. Every other demo imports well with the exception of the plastic demo which I really wanted to use. Now this is quite urgent for me and waiting up to Monday is quite a challenge/disappointment
