Hi, you have to create a Products module from Journal > Modules > Products which will load your related products, then add that module to the Product layout in Journal > Layouts > Product.

I just want to ask, I want to show products based on the zipcode/postcode, is it possible in opencart or with journal theme.
Or if showing is not possible we can stop the user to proceed with checkout, it will not allowed for ordering.

Hi, unfortunately this is not something that’s available in Opencart nor Journal and we don’t know an extension that can do this. Please ask on the Opencart forum for a possible compatible extension.

Hi, you’d have to create an account with AddThis and generate your own code with whatever buttons you want. Then copy that code and paste it in the Journal Blocks module used for this purpose.

I am not able to change logo in skins->header->logo. Its not saving.
That is not something related to the theme, we just display the code from that sharing service but all buttons are created there. You can use ShareThis service instead of AddThis, or any other one, basically in Journal you just paste whatever code you obtain from those services – so the individual buttons are not created in the theme.
The logo may be interfered with by custom mods, can’t say without looking at your setup so please file a ticket on our support page with temporary access to your store and consult with our developers.

your instructions are not quite correct. in this version, all the icons that are missing are missing. and only those that are pointed are loaded. need a different way of adding them without losing what is.
Hi, as we’ve already explained, the only way to use your own svg icons is to follow that tutorial by adding your svg icons through icomoon app and make sure you have cleared your browser’s cache after the files of the new icons have been uploaded to your server.

Hi, we sometimes get reports from our users on not being able to scroll on the mobile version of our journal-based website. This only happens for some people and not all the time, so we are unable to reproduce it consistently, but we have seen it happen.
I was just wondering if this was a known problem with a known fix? We are using version 3.1.2.1 at the moment, but looking at a diff with the newest version, there don’t seem to be any significant css changes.

we have some problems with quick checkout. We have some customers with 250+ products in cart. When the customer clicks on accept terms and click submit, the page is loading some seconds. then there comes error:
Incomplete address, please edit your address in Account > Addresse
(adress is correct)
and
accept terms and conditions
(was accepted)
with opencart checkput it’s working. we only have this problem when there are 200+ products in cart.
Maybe it’s a general bug in Ajax or something.

I am trying with journal 1 theme, I faced one difficulty/issue in the menu creation, I duplicate the fullwidth menu and name it to fullwidth2, and change the entire content, like categories, name in the fullwidth2 menu. But on saving all the changes reflects in both the menu, fullwidth & fullwidth2.
Do i missing something to create same menu fullwidth with other caption.
can anyone suggest how to achieve that, creating same style fullwidth with fullwidth2 with different category.

Hi, you can click on the Reset button (top right corner) and have the menu auto-populate with all top categories: https://cln.sh/jiT8F5
Likewise, you can populate other modules with same categories, like Links Menu, Catalog or Accordion Menu, which can then be added in mega menu builders.

Just click on the Reset button in that Catalog module.
i cant see a reset button via the pagebuilder section. i have to go to modules>cathergories>homepage vat and reset from there. I see it adds all the current categories to the module. but when i then go and add another new catergory, it doesnt add it. i have to go back to the module and reset it again. then it shows. What i was hoping it would do is to add each new ctaregory as and when i add or remove them. Auto populate in real time , as such
Yes, you have to always click reset to add the new ones, it’s not automatic since the modules are multi-purpose, they can be used for different purposes, not just category links.
You can access the module directly from Journal > Modules > [your module]...

When a customer order a downloadable product, and went to download section to download the item it always show Zero file size in the downloads product table inside the account.
So how to fix this, or just consider it in your new update

Hello, i know our theme support has expired. But i dont know if its a bug or that how the theme is made, but when we search something the filter module dont show categories/subcategories. EG: https://prnt.sc/v53f3i EG how it should be on special page: https://prnt.sc/v53fbl As you can see, on special page we have categories as filters.
