I have an issue with the updates of Eagle Booking & Eagle Core Plugins. When im trying to update them, i recieve this error:

probably this is a server issue. Are you able it install any new plugin?
If no then it may mean that there’s not enough storage space on your host for WordPress to be able to unzip the content of the zip.
Please get in touch with your hosting provider and let them know about the error message.

first of all, thank you for your interest in our theme.
1. No this is not possible. We don’t have a form builder because if we add one then our booking plugin will not be anymore multilanguage ready as the dynamic fields can’t be translated. Instead of creating a new field, you can rename/translate an existing one to whatever you want.
2. The email template can be modified only by overriding the specific template using the child theme.

Additional service prices can be set per room or per gusts (based on the room’s guests). However, you can achieve what you are looking for by creating multiple additional services and let the customer select the right number of guests.

Hi, thank you for such a beautifully designed theme. We are using the theme to advertise a single / entire property which we have been able to do so, however we had been hoping to show the current availability around other website pages.

if you mean the room availability calendar that is located inside each room details page then unfortunately what you are looking for is not possible.
The availability calendar contains details of the room like the room ID and it can’t be used out of the room details page.

With translations, how do you get the short description to display on the rooms page? Even when translating the meta description, it doesn’t work. It seems adding “services” doesn’t work either.
I’ve looked at the demo, and there aren’t translations to see if it even works.

everything works as it should. Rooms and services can be translated like the normal WordPress pages and posts. You have to create rooms and services for each language.

the mentioned element requires at least 5 rooms.

Edit your page by using WPBakery Page Builder and replace the element “Rooms Grid” with the “Rooms”

1. is the external booking integration i.e. booking.com a 2 ay integration so that booking which is done in the hotel update also at Booking.com, Expedia.com, etc. and vice versa
2. Does this template provide Gutenberg blocks so it would be possible to work entirely without wp-bakery?
3. can the availability calendar be displayed also in the frontend so that visitors can see which dates might be still available for what room?
4. is the synchronization working when each room category has more than one room. i.e. you have 10 single bedrooms, 4 double bed rooms

Sad to hear that as you have defintiely the most beautiful look, but our customers usually connect online via those mentioned services and there it is a must have to synchronize as described. Unfortunately it looks like only MotoPress is the only option. I wished you could simply integrate this features into your System too and GNU GPL actually would make it possible. Please consider it!

I wanted to purchase this theme, but going by the comments, it appears the developers developed a theme which after purchasing, you wont install the required plugins until you contact them to do it for you.

I’m not sure what you mean by categories. Rooms have not categories.
You can create one Block Exception like 01/12/2020 to 31/12/2020 and assign it to multiple rooms. So that means you don’t have to create an exception for each room.

No, we don’t support iCal at this stage.
You can integrate our Booking Plugin with Airbnb or any other booking provider but you can’t sync any external booking system with our built-in one. The booking details will be passed to Airbnb via URL and the booking process will be done through their system.
Actually, no-one can provide you a 100% reliable synchronization between your site and Airbnb because this is not provided by their API.

I’m from Colombia and i will need that my customers can pay with their reserve with credit card and debit card. We are using PayU Latam to receive payments using links, but how we could connect PayU with our website using your Theme? or also using a PSE button to the debitcard payments. I can see that the theme includes PayPal and Stripe but like i’m saying, we will need an additional option so our costumers can pay using PSE or some platform with PayU Latam. Thanks.

I don’t know what is the difference between PayU India and PayU Latam but it seems that they are using separate API to receive payments. Unfortunately, PayU Latam doesn’t have any documentation about how to integrate their payment system and they don’t offer a sandbox account to test the payment process.
