Is there any way to receive a refund? I am new to website building and WP. I downloaded this theme and have tried to follow the documents/videos but I am not finding it intuitive and for the life of me cannot seem to build/edit anything. There is no instructions on the difference of Elementor and WPBakery and it requires an entire new license in order to use WPBakery in which I simply cannot invest. I thought everything I needed would be included.

Hi, we bought the theme today and ensured that we are running the latest version of Wordpress and installed all recommended plug-ins. Nonetheless, after downloading the theme on WP and activating it, the site doesn’t look like the demo ‘home 1’ when I click ‘view your site’.
We followed all the instructions and even uninstalled and redownloaded the theme. What do we need to do to make the website look like the demo ‘home1’?

This theme is not at all easy to use. I have built two sites on Wordpress using free themes so although I’m not very technical, I managed it just find. I decided to upgrade and bought this theme and it wasn’t even easy to make it look like the demo. Given the long support time (4 days) we had to get someone to help us out externally. Now it finally looks like the demo but every change takes forever to loads and every small change is a pain … I have a feeling this is going to be a complete nightmare! First impressions: not very good

Sure, WordPress engine offers several user roles with different access to the dashboard. You can add Register/Login block in the header for users to create an account.
You can easily embed Instagram post in the blog article as in the example you sent.

Is it possible to add each city to the map individually and have a page for it made simultaneously too? If so, would it be easy for my users to easily contribute guest posts about each city/country and tag it as being a post about that city or country within their pages? Or will I have to relate the posts to the location myself so the posts will show up under the respective city/country page? - The best way is to create a category for each country/city. Then each post author will be able to assign the post to the chosen category. (These categories have their own page, where all posts assigned are displayed).
The map is added with a Hotspot element, you can add as many spots as you need. You can add a link to each Hotspot.

- Absolutely! You can easily add a search bar to the header.
- Sure, each tag has it’s own page and post author can add the tags to the post.

2. There should be no issues with Askimet, Wordfence, Yoast SEO plugins, as many customers are using them without any complaints, however we haven’t tested the theme with Updraft plugin.

Hello, The theme looks great and I’m eager to potentially utilize it as my travel blog. I have a couple of questions:
1) Is there a way to have full-length posts without sidebar? 1b) And if yes, is there a way to make the text not full-length so you have easy reading and large images?
2) Is there a way to make the sidebar skinnier?
3) Is all of the iconography included? As in the icons for the maps, counters, etc.?
4) Do you include documentation on best practices for images (sizing for header banner image, etc.)?

One more question, posts are displayed on the main page, and below of them the number of page views and likes. I can’t find the file on the server or POT to translate Likes and Views to another language. I will be grateful for the tip.
There’s another file – trx_addons.pot file located in wp-content\plugins\trx_addons\languages folder – you can find this text there. Please note that .po and .mo files from ThemeREX addons plugin should be named as in this example trx_addons-xx_XX where xx_XX is your language code.
