Hi, no, you will have to upload a preview image.
If a preview image has to be added manually, it means it has to be added to the wordpress installation…won’t that make the server heavy if there are many images?

Wouldn’t it be better if there was an option for the preview image to added through an external link, this way Admins won’t have to add the images in their wordpress gallery hence saving space?
Images take negligible space. If your hosting space is limited you can always use a CDN service. Download posts have a featured image and thumbnails option too. This is standard WP practice.

If you are referring to the pre-loader: you can disable it or change the animated image in the theme options. If this doesn’t answer your question please provide more info or a screenshot of what you meant by reading a support ticket here https://webnesters.ticksy.com/

I intend to buy this time this week, while i was checking the comments i saw that some people were complaning about the theme options, when they try to click and change anything in it, nothing happens.
If i may ask, What’s the cause of that?
It was caused by a Wordpress update (v5.5). This has been already fixed in the latest theme release.

Yes, for multi-vendor functionality you need EDD FES and if you want to take a share of sales from vendors, you will need EDD Commissions too. Additionally you will probably need payment gateway plugins as well (if you are going to allow payment methods other than the default Paypal option).
If someone is serious about creating a multi-vendor digital store, I usually recommend buying the EDD Professional Pass https://layero.com/eddpropass that contains all the essential plugins for a marketplace

when i updated my site. i got many issue. one issue is. Theme Option is not working when i goin to change logo an colo îs not working to chan any buton from this option not working

I would be surprised if EDD 3.0 is released this year. This is the latest dev update https://easydigitaldownloads.com/development/2020/06/30/easy-digital-downloads-3-0-development-update-2/ and I would assume it’s not going to be ready for a stable release before 2021.
Most updates in 3.0 are backend changes which don’t affect the theme front-end functionality anyway.

Theme options don’t work
We are still working out some issues that the Wordpress 5.5+ update created. Many themes and plugins experience problems with this update.
For the time being, until we release a new version we recommend installing the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” free plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ which should fix these problems temporarily.

You can set up your own currency in Easy Digital Downloads.
The language settings can be changed in WP, it’s basic functionality. You can also translate the theme strings to any language you like.
You can sell any digital goods that has a download file associated.

How will the sellers be paid for each sale made through the platform I want to set up?
I am asking you these questions because I did not find precise information regarding the functioning of your system on your product page.

Feedback to your questions: 1. You can sell your personal products as a single vendor store with EDD or you can setup your own vendor profile with EDD FES plugin and do the same.
2. With EDD FES plugin you can allow sellers to create their own profiles and sell their products on your site (this is th multi-vendor setup)
For single vendor store you only need the free EDD plugin For multi-vendor setup you need EDD FES paid plugin https://layero.com/eddfes
If you handle payments for vendors you probably need additional payment gateways https://layero.com/eddpayment to process card payments and the EDD commissions plugin https://layero.com/eddcommissions to take a “cut” (a certain %) from your vendors sales.

Hi at webnesters, does olam in single template normally show the message defined under “If All Access Expired”? It does not show on my olam page if a users all-access-pass expired. Just shows the normal all-access instructional text… Thanks Matthias
