Hi I Love your theme but I can’t add a LOGO image above ‘Welcome to the Club’ for the life of me. Seems like anything I add floats on top of it and the layers aren’t playing nicely. This will work for our new comedy club but if we can’t add images to the layout then the layout is too rigid. Any help is extremely appreciated….please send email to mikegwarriors@gmail.com. I use dreamhost and wanted to know if this works with the one-click Wordpress template install? If not, do you have documentation on how to set up the website via FTP? Also, do I need Adobe Muse to use this template?

This is not a WordPress theme, so you can not install it in wordpress. if you want to use this template you need to use adobe muse app, in adobe muse you can export file to your hosting (eg dreamhost) via FTP or manually upload cpanel.

Thank you for responding so quickly. No offense, though… the video tutorial is nothing but how to setup email on your hosting and then enter the email address on the contact form. It does not answer or address my issue.
My issue is that the form will not work. Two separate times now for the past two days I spent on the phone with Godaddy support. Everything is setup properly on their end – and on my end. Still, the email form will not work. I get “server encountered an error.”
I also cannot change the favicon to my favicon. When I update the favicon in the program (Site properties > Content > Favicon) it does not update on the site.
I am thinking the code in this template is somehow altered. Since I am not a coder (the reason I am using Muse in the first place) I find this extremely frustrating.
Again, I spent the last 2 days trying to get functions to work on this template that should have been accomplished in less than 5 minutes. I am now regretting purchasing this template.
So, again… do you know why this contact form wouldn’t work even when (according to numerous people at Godaddy) everything is set up the way it’s supposed to be set up – but, still, no email is received, no matter what email I use. And no, there is nothing in my junk folder.
Secondly. Why can’t I update the favicon via Site properties > Content > Favicon?

Hi,
For the issue with “server encountered an error”, that means the email that you configured the email form is not actually on godaddy server. So, if you put the form to be hosted with godaddy, then you’d need to use an email address that could be used from the server example “webmail” email@yoursite.com (like my video tutorial). you can’t use email address from Gmail or another email server except from email godaddy server. Have you tried my demo tutorial? read more articel in here
and for Favicon, you need to open “A-Master Page”, then change the favicon in there (Site properties > content > favicon). not recommend to change in homepage.
Be sure after you’ve done with editing template in Adobe Muse, you’re publish the file with “publish with FTP or Export As Html File (the upload manually into your cpanel godaddy)”.

Hi There, I am using the Muse theme but cannot get the contact form to work at all. I was on the phone with Godaddy support yesterday for hours and… apparently… everything on their end is set up properly on their end, but still the email sent from the contact form will not go through.
Currently, the site can be seen at dacktyl.com (it’s a work in progress) .. PLEASE can you help me? I’m pulling my hair out over this for 2 days now.
