Hello. Thanks for the reply. But as soon I insert a different picture, it doesn’t appear. It’s like invisible. It’s there where it used to be with the same function just I can’t see it. I tried 3 png jpg and gif.

Please unpack the whole package after downloading it from Themeforest. On that extracted Pack, You can find things like Documentation, [.zip], Log.txt, and Readme.txt. You need to install that zip file Let we know if you have any doubts and help.

Hello, it would be really nice if you replied to the messages sent via email. It’s 9 hours since I asked and no replies. What should the current closing html tag be since you designed it, I wouldn’t know this.
Another question – on the home page it appears when using different sections there is a HUGE gap between one section and the next. For instance “new collection”, “blog” and “custom text” there are huge spaces between one section and the net – how do I fix that? I have unselected top margin and bottom margin – but still very minimal change.

What’s the ideal size for the product image?
We have used 1160×1680, You can use any size, it will look good if it is greater than 960x. If possible follow the same aspect ratio for all images.

Hope you are trying to install the core file that you downloaded from themeforest. please extract it and then install the correct file beaux.zip
