Good day! We bought Avenue – Creative Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme. This theme included Slider revolution. When we want to use it it is asking license key. What we should do? while purchasing the theme nothing was given about the license key. Please help us as soon as possible

It’s been 7 days now! the current WP Bakery Version 6.4.1 have a conflict with woocommerce which won’t allow the wp bakery page builder works. They fix it on the new version ver 6.4.2 - Fix: WooCommerce 4.7 compatibility issues resolved

Hi, I have add a sidebar(shop categories) for my shop, when view it on desktop, the sidebar are appear on left side which is good, but when view it on mobile, the sidebar(shop categories) are appear on bottom(below the product), is it possible to move this sidebar(shop categories) to top(before product) on mobile view only?

You can simply import 2 demos on the same website. Feel free to deselect the components you’d like to avoid (media, theme options, etc.) while importing the demo. You can also use Ave Collection to import pre-built sections from different demos.

Hi, I can’t edit items in my header. I disabled all the plugins except AVE and WPBakery and it still doesn’t work. I also made the edits in WPBakery to include the header for editing and still no luck. Is there an easy fix for this?

The header editor is enabled by default. However, a previous theme/plugin you’ve used can cause this conflict.

We cannot get the 404 page translated. We work with wpml, and in string translation we find the phrases to be translated but still they are not displayed. We downloaded Loco Translate to try our luck, but neither. We have tried to delete the default text that comes in the theme options and neither. It’s been 4 days since we wrote the ticket and we still have no answer.
