Hello can you help on this ? I have searched every place possible. Remains two words that need to be translated and I can’t manage to do it. I’m loosing the rest of my hair. I can’t manage to find where to translate READ MORE.
I dit it in po files from js composer—> not ok In the module itself—> not ok In the theme translation—> not ok In the template php file from js composer—> not ok In the wp content language folder—> not ok
These are the last two words I need to translate to complete the job. You’re help would be much appreciated. Thank you

HI. I have downloaded the theme from Envato Elements. Can you point me to the option or a way to edit the item options of properties etc.? I also do not need all functionalities like city or country search. So again.. how and where to get rid of this?

Is there an update to the theme, looks like the last one was in 2019?

Currently, we are planning an update, including Themerex Updater plugin in the package, so you could update the theme and all the bundled plugins whenever a new version is released directly in the Dashboard. But the testing process will take some time. For this reason, I am not able to provide the exact date of the release.
For now, we recommend all our customers update all the bundled plugins, the latest versions of which they can always request by submitting a support ticket at https://themerex.net/support/

The error you get means that upload_max_filesize on the server is lower than required. Please increase it to 32M.
Alternatively, you may upload the extracted theme folder to wp-content/themes directory via FTP. Then activate the theme in admin -> Appearance -> Themes.

Best Regards,Hi. I have already purchased this theme (which is working great) and now have another website to do for which I would like to purchase another copy of the theme.
The problem is that currently the theme is only supported up to WordPress 5.3 and I need to run the latest version WordPress 5.5 on the new site.
I did do some testing in the hope that it would work on the latest version of WordPress, but unfortunately it does not seem to. The first critical error that I encountered was with the Essential Grid plugin throwing JS errors – this in turn stopped WP Bakery loading on the post/property pages.
So I have a couple of questions – are you likely to release a new version any time soon that supports WordPress 5.5 and if so, when is that likely to be? Or if I do go ahead and purchase another copy, will I be able to get support which will include you sending me an updated theme which contains the latest versions (WP 5.5 compatible) of the included plugins?

We have a client using this theme and they upload lots of image for every property ( they add the images to the gallery tab in Item Options of each single property) The page starts looking like this: https://prnt.sc/szvczv
We have two questions
Can the theme (without using WPBakery) make a touch friendly, left/right slider of those image at the bottom of the featured image (so that they dont flow onto multiple lines)
Can the theme (also without WPBakery) allow please to scroll through the gallery (touch friendly) with previous/next buttons on the featured (large image)

If you need the different layout for the single property page just enable WPBakery Builder for properties and you can create any layout you need for single property -http://prntscr.com/soxobe. You can also create the new layout for any property in Layouts section and add it on any property page. Unfortunately, it is not quite clear what you mean by “Default Layout, and the Tabs Layout” and where you can see these layouts.

We need to change the template for the single property page – not the layout -sorry about not being clear. We need to change the way that all the Item Options are shown (Price, Size, Location, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Agents, and also the Additional features) All of these: https://prnt.sc/sozd9t
If we go to Appearance (on WP mail left hand Menu) -> ThemeREX Addons. Then open the tab called CPT. And then scroll down to Properties, we see this: https://prnt.sc/sozep2 The dropdown lets us pick between two style for the details on the single properties page.
Here is an example of the tabs option in use: https://prnt.sc/sozg7y
So we’d like to make a third option but without editing the files in the ThemeRex Addons plugin (plugins\trx_addons\cpt\properties) because we dont want to lose access to updates. We though if you have hooks or callbacks we can maybe try do this using them.
Or is there some other way that we can edit that template maybe?
Does that make sense?

Hi there, got your theme via Envato Elements. I know there is no support, but I wonder if no one else yet had the problem that the slug for “properties” can not be changed into other languages/words. This is quite a mess if you have a german website with english link urls 
If we change /properties/ into /immobilien/ then the archive does still use the word properties.
