This is a common folder permission issue that mostly happens after theme installation or update. Kindly modify the permissions of the theme’s folder [ wp-content → themes → realhomes ] to 0755. For a step by step guide, you can consult this guide.

Looks like now the “last update” part of the details page to this theme needs to change to a current date.

As it shows, the last update of “5 July 16” is inconsistent to being compatible to WooCommerce 3.0+ and WordPress 4.7+
