This seems to be the Database issue, Please reset your WP and make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme and Plugins minimum requirements as listed below and then Install the Theme again, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore and if yes then please make your site live and share your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details with us via our support system so that our experts will check it for you.

I am interested in purchasing this but am concerned about the true compatibility with elementor and woocomerce.
1. Are all proto “widgets” / wp bakery widgets currently available in elementor? if so can you please provide a list
2. You need elementor pro in order to create woocommerce product grids, products, archives etc. Did you bypass this by creating your own custom elementor widget?
3. Is the entire elementor demo pages built on elementor except for the header / footer? a. For instance, some demos have vertical menus, is that elementor or a theme setting? b. How are the shop / archive / shop grids built? Using theme settings? Using elementor? Using custom elementor widgets you create?

1. No all the elements but around 80% of the elements are included in the Elementor Demo version as WP Bakery has, and as you know we are growing day by day so the remaining 20% elements will be added soon with our upcoming updates of the Theme, we are working on it, you can check our Theme changelog…
2. No need for the Pro version of the Elementor, you can easily create any page using the version of the plugin bundled with our Theme, and also for the Archive pages you can not edit any of the Archive pages directly and you have to use Theme options for it.
3. Yes, except Header and Footer and Archive pages all the content made using Elementor Page Builder Plugin and you can edit/modify the Header/Footer and Archive pages using Theme Options.

Hello, we updated the theme a few days ago and recently went live with this eCommerce site. The live search stop working by SKU. I can only type the product name (door pull) , but when I enter a SKU (e.g. 821) and click enter, we get; “Sorry, but nothing matched your search terms. Please try again with different keywords.” However, if you wait a bit the product list it display, but if you click enter, you still get the same error message. SKU search only works with live search and it shows the result if customer select/click on the product from live search dropdown suggestions only but not by clicking on the search icon or Press Enter, as this is the default Functionality of the Live Search.

I just updated my theme from version 5.4.6 to 5.5.1 and it was a total mess especially the Cart Page. I was using Cart Type 2 before and with this update the cart page looked terrible. There was no cross button to remove the product. Cart Total section which was 25% before was now at 33%. Proceed to checkout button background color was removed completely and wasn’t even visible enough. Before we had two proceed to checkout buttons now we have only one that too is almost invisible. The list goes on…. Thank God that I had a backup of my theme and I reverted back to 5.4.6. I advise everyone to not update to version 5.5.1. Let’s wait for the new update and see how things go.

First of all, you are updating the Theme from a very old version to the very latest version, and a lot of things have been added and removed in between updates of the Theme which you have missed also the design of the Theme has been changed as well, you can read the changelog of the Theme here:

As far as your issues are concerned most of them seem to be the Customization or third-party plugin confliction issues.
Please deactivate all the third-party plugins before updating the Theme and Activate the Parent-Theme if you are using the Child Theme on your site and also remove the onsite Customization as well if you are using on your site before updating the Theme.
After that check your site first and then update the Theme and Plugins by following the below-listed article, I am sure you will not finds the issue anymore.

1. This is not our Theme but the WP Bakery and WP default editor Gutenberg issue.
Please go to WP-Dashboard >> WP Bakery >> General Setting and “Disable Gutenberg Editor” from there, save changes and check back your site after removing the browser cache.
2.Yes, we already noticed it, and our development team is testing the latest version of the plugin with our Theme, once the testing will be completed we will update the plugin link in the same article given below so please be patience and stay tuned.

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and activate the Theme again from there with the same purchase code, hope this will solve your issue, and if not then please follow all the steps listed below one by one:
It’s because your server environment can not access our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com
Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.
OR
Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
OR
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

It is the issue only on your site, please read and follow all the below given debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue.
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
