I just bought Noxe here on Envato and it gave me a file called “noxe.zip”. However, the folder inside the .zip file is called “luxe” and it is the “Luxe – Architecture” theme. I don’t want Luxe—I want Noxe. When I installed the theme it, sure enough, said I installed “Luxe” and “Luxe Child”. Please send me the correct theme ASAP. I also created a support ticket 5 minutes ago. You guys must have swapped them or messed something up.

I bought this theme about a month ago, and I found a bug about the star rating—the ratings show 9/1 instead of 9/10. I think there is a bug about the coding, but I coundn’t find where it was. Can you help fix it, or let me know where to fix the code?

Hi, Please check your support platfrom and answer my support ticket. It’s 3 days that I purchased the theme but still can’t install it due to a major bug in the WP Bakery Page builder. So basically your theme is not even properly installable! You support said they need to delete and reset my wordpress so they’ll install the theme from a clone or something they have but now it’s 2 days that I’m still waiting for them to do it! It’s not fair at all that it’s 3 days purchased this theme and still can’t install it. I read other people comments here and seems many other buyers have same issue. Why don’t you update the install files here so buyers can use the theme after purchasing it?
