Hello, first of all, it is a very aesthetic and beautiful theme work, I liked it very much and I bought it, but there is a problem, I installed the theme manually. The bottom part looks like the following. Can you give me the footer shortcode or how can I do it?
https://ibb.co/Dr5VDmMHello! Those blocks are meant to display small menus. First please make sure to create the short menus, in appearance – menu.
Once done, edit the page in wpbakery: you will notice a widget to display a menu.
Edit those widgets and choose the menus created in the first step.
In this way, you can change the menus to update the website footer globally.
Last presale questions: 1. Can I change the logo on scroll in the mega-menu? Ex: If I want to make the menu background black, I need to change the logo to a white png.
2. Can I change the shape of the buttons? Instead of a square with the bottom-right cut I want to make it top-left cut.

Also, is this theme still supported? I see that it has been tested only up to wordpress 5.7, and the last update was in december 2021.
Yes very supported. As matter of fact we forgot to update the details, but the plugins have all been updated and working perfectly on wp 5.9
Does this theme supports background video on a row?
Hi, yes you can set a YouTube video as background with the page builder.

So, I would recommend the following:
1) Please go to themeforest.net/downloads and make sure to download the latest installable zip of the theme firwl.zip
2) In themes, add new, click Upload and upload the zip file
3) Replace the old version with the new and make sure to follow the manual for the plugins update procedure: https://firwl.qantumthemes.xyz/manual/knowledge-base/3-6-plugins-updates/
this should solve the issue but, if it still persists, you need to please renew your support service, and contact us via Helpdesk please, providing your website link and optionally the access

Hi, absolutely no, the database will not be touched. It’s always recommended to make a backup before an update but this procedure is pretty safe and in case of issues can be easily reversed.
This will just replace the theme folder with the latest version, no tata will be affected.

I think AwesomeFont aren’t not being loaded or u goofed up on your Middleware. I’ve got some odd letters where icons should be?
Hi, there is some misconfiguration or the theme was not installed using the proper procedure. Please reinstall the theme by uploading the zip from the wp admin, it should fix. If not, please open a ticket on out helpdesk, so we can give a better solution. What’s 100% sure is that there are no such coding errors on the theme.

hi! Yes the theme is fully tested and working with 5.8, we updated it a few days ago: it results an update from June, but we updated its plugins in our repository, so it was not required to change the file version here.

Hi! In your wp admin, left menu go to the MegaFooter menu, and find the MegaFooter to edit there. Is a custom post type.

1) This is of course a static demo. You can integrate any subscription extension for WooCommerce and link it to any service access you want, OR link the buttons to third party cms like WHMCS or similar.
2) Yes, add a custom text block. But you cannot add javascript, as that’s blocked by WordPress security cleansing system. To add JS, you need to have a plugin to inject static code in the page via Shortcode and WPBakery, which is possible but a bit complex.
3) The demo is included and is a clone copy of our demo.

there is no woocommerce plugin on the theme file
Hi, plugins > add new > search WooCommerce > Install. You don’t need jetpack. After installing the plugin, you’ll see the woocommerce demos if available. Regards

Hello! Our custom theme widgets are only available from WPBakery, so you can use Elementor, but you’ll have only the default Elementor widgets available, and not our many custom items.
