Eva is my favorite theme of all! Design looking amazing, it stands out compare to other themes. Using it in Shopify for over 1 year, and I’m very happy. Support guy Scott could help me with some issues (Newsletter redirection to Shopify list and not to Mailchimp). So basically what you get is fantastic looking theme with a bunch of features + great and fast support in case you need help.
The footer copy write text does not save HTML, where else in the theme can i change this footer information?

With the new update, when I add a product to the cart, the sliding ajax cart from the right site shows up but it is blank – no products inside. Urgent fix is needed.
I tried deactivating the SG Caching plugin also ShortPixel – both deactivated and still had the issue with the sliding cart not showing its content. I revert back to the previous version 1.9.7 and it works.

The newest update breaks the buy button on phones. It doesn’t work on first tap and just becomes white and then you have to click again. This is really bad, we need urgent fix to this.

Hello, after the latest theme update I got an error. When I add product to cart the AJAX does not work and the page does not get updated itself. I have to reload the page and then to be able to see the item in the cart.

Update: When I click “Add to Cart” button on the Category page layout products then it does add via Ajax. But if I click Add to Cart from the Product details page then Ajax does not work. I tried on different browsers and cleared (deactivate) all cache and updated to the latest Eva theme
Hello, please check your code for Instagram. I also have issues with Instagram feed. It was working fine for 1h after theme installation and now it does not show and says “User not found”.
My guess is you’re using one API key for all theme members and Instagram rejects connections when too many feeds are requested. It’s also a common issue for other services (like Google Maps or Google Calendar) used in WordPress by numerous theme authors. But it’s only my blind shoot. As an author you know better. Browser console show no errors.
