Hello,

I found out I can use + and – to increase or decrease the quantity of product, Its due to adobe flash is not more supported in google chrome. Is there any way how you or I can fix this issue? Some kind of plugin? Or do you need to update theme?

I just tried to move my website to new domain www.makle.eu -> www.makle.cz, but in new domain I cant login via /wp-admin, its saying error, can you please help me? thank you!

Hey, I purchased the Hongo Theme recently. The theme looks great but I have a question related to the SSL certificate. We have it installed and have taken all the measures and installed all the plugins to make sure that our site shows security (HTTPS and padlock). It shows a secure padlock in the search engine when we are using your theme on the website through desktop but through mobile, when using your theme, the google chrome shows that the site is not secure and does not show the padlock. To check if this was a theme issue or not, I changed the website theme to the default WordPress theme, and then it started showing the padlock on all the devices. So my question is what should we do that it shows the padlock near the search engine when using your theme?

Hi, I am a paid customer. When can you update the hongo theme? Now the Jquery migrate is old and cannot use on my website. Mobile menu and quick view popup is not working. I know it is a theme update issue because currently I have to use “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin to solve that problem. WP bakery is not updated also. I can’t access front end editor, only the back end works. It’s like that for a while now. I have other website using Claue theme,has the same issue, after their latest update on wp-bakery and it’s now works fine. So, please update hongo theme yea? Thank you in advance.

WP 5.6 is released recently and they have updated jQuery to latest version, so it can generate conflicts with many other jQuery libraries like Bootstrap, accordian, etc… as those are not compatible with latest jQuery version. So there is a quick fix suggested by WordPress is to install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ and then go to Tools > jQuery Migrate > Settings tab > jQuery Version and select Legacy 1.12.4-wp and save it.

Our team will work to make theme compatible with WP latest (especially jQuery latest), but we will need to get compatible version of plugins and libraries from other parties also. So it may take some time but we will release WP latest compatible update as soon as we can and that will be with WPBakery latest also.

Hello there.

Currently, I am facing a problem on my homepage, when using two product carousels simultaneously with a cache plugin. Sometimes the product carousels work, sometimes they do not.

I have tried several cache plugins and all seem to create the same conflict, both on desktop view and tablet/mobile view. Is there any solution to this? I am using the Hongo theme on https://maisonkids.gr/.

I did everything that you stated in your previous comment, but I still can’t update Hongo Addons, Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder. Hongo theme shows as 1.1.8, but Hongo addons is still on 1.1.7. Can you help me please? Is there any downloadable file anywhere for Hongo addons 1.1.8 or any .zip that you can send me?

After theme update, you can update theme included plugins as per the articles mentioned in above url. Simply you can deactivate and delete plugin and install and activate it again to have the latest version of the plugin from theme package. If you want more detailed help then please create a support ticket.

Yes, that is what I am doing, I am following the advice mentioned in the above url, but, while Hongo theme updates to 1.1.8, Hongo Addons won’t update to 1.1.8, it’s stuck on 1.1.7.

I just wonder when will the next update will be available since I updated Wordpress 5.6 today and it broke the site. I had to downgrade Wordpress for it to work again.

When i try to make a ticket on your themezaa website it says that my licence is valid until april 2020 and i bought theme on may 2020? It doesn’t make sense…anyways, after an update, my wp page builder is not working anymore, no backend editor, just code. Can you please tell me the issue, deactivating woocommerce is not solving an issue.

None of the above mentioned are out of the box features of WooCommerce and theme also. So for multi vendor marketplace, you can use Dokan plugin or custom modules with the help of your WP developer as per your requirements.

Hi, recently I can’t get to log in to frontend editor.. Is there any compatibility issue with woocommerce or other plugin? I see there is an update for wp-bakery? when can I get the update through hongo? I have other site using wp-bakery (but not hongo) with the same issue..

There is no WPBakery editing issue in the latest theme version 1.1.7 and WPBakery 6.4.1. WPBakery 6.4.2 is a minor update, but we will test it fully and included in future theme update. There may be conflict of other plugin or customisation for WPBakery frontend editor issue you mentioned above. So you can try to disable all plugins except theme included and recommended to find the conflicting one.

I follow your advice, turn off the plugin one by one.. and you know what, it’s conflict with woocommerce plugin.. For temporary I will deactivate woocommerce if I am going to frontend. Please do something ok, update or whatever.. Thanks

I have selected to ALL demo data for ELECTRONIC. None of the media is on the template as you show before buying. I want all the media already placed so i can change them. Is here a way to do this?

The images you see in the demo site are not the part of theme package due to licensing limitation and that is already mentioned in item description as per ThemeForest policy. You will get placeholder demo images after demo data import, so you can upload your images with recommended sizes mentioned to overwrite demo images with yours.
