one more issue: I use the contact form with the send us a mail button, everything works fine, the pop-up window appears and there is a close button. But the close button doesn’t work.
Update: Actually I found that it closes when you click somewhere around the pop-up, but that’s not good enough because most people will look for the “close” button and be frustrated if it doesn’t close.

In what browser it doesn’t work. For me (all latest version on PC) close button is working fine on IE, Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
Because of so many versions we made it possible to close pop-up when you click anywhere around contact form and we think it’s enough.
I’m using a macbook pro 13 inch with chrome
Sorry, but I don’t own any 13” device. Since nobody else reported this, I can only guess there are so few users with this problem, so there’s nothing to worry about.
And not to forget, it’s possible to close that pop-up if you click anywhere outside of form.

Yes, there is an option included for full page blog post, and full page blog page.
No shortcodes for sliders. There are Extra image fields for each portfolio item, post or page. If you insert these Extra images (same as Featured image, but more than only one) slider will show in the beginning of the page.
We bought the HTML theme and not the wordpress theme. Is there any CMS you would recommend?
I’m not sure if you understand the concept of HTML templates 
It’s all up to you. You must have CMS knowledge to transform it from site template to CMS .
If you don’t know how to do that, hire the professional.

To change “Send us a mail” text, you can edit languages/en_US.po with poedit, or you can change it directly in page-contact-2.php (Apeparance -> Editor)

this theme is responsive, so it won’t be nice if you have image in the header background.
However, this can be done with some Extra CSS but we’re not offering support on these kind of issues…

if you want to have same layout as portfolio single items, than you’ll have to create new portfolio items.
Portfolio page (not single page) layout can be made of blog items. You have to select main category in portfolio shortcode (from drop down with category names)
To create portfolio home page – create new page, add portfolio shortcode and select this page in Settings -> Reading -> Front page displays: A static page

Yes, this is how it should be. No big menu, only drop down menu.

Hello again! I’m really happy with this theme so far, as well as the excellent customer support.
I’m getting the main page set up, and I set the portfolio shortcode to show my latest blog posts: [bra_portfolio title=”Latest posts” cat_id=”290” no=”4” show_filters=”no” columns=”4” shape=”” hover=”yes” height=”“]
When the page is loading the images/links are there, but once the page is fully loaded, they’re not visible. Any idea what’s happening?

I’m new at WordPress and I can’t figure out how to get my Portfolio Page to display my Portfolio Pieces in a hexagon shape.
I created a Page, titled it Portfolio, and used the Portfolio Shortcodes on it. Then under Menus I attached my Portfolio Categories to my Portfolio Page…But it still doesn’t show my pieces as hexagons. My portfolio pieces are displayed as blog posts. What am I doing wrong and how do I get my site to display my portfolio in hexagon shapes? (I also took a look at the Help document, it kind of helped but I’m still confused…)

At a certain point, my Blog (template 4) main page has started only showing the main image for the most recent post. It used to show the main image for each post, and looked wonderful.
Can you point me to where I can control this function?
