Hello, I bought your theme license a few months ago, I’m very happy, I updated the theme several times (version 5.3.4) no problem with that, I installed “Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades” great, but I notice that WPBakery Page Builder doesn’t update, I still have version 5.7. while it’s now at version 6.4.2.

In the zip, I don’t see the trace of the WPBakery plugin, am I doing something wrong? I don’t understand how to do it, can you please guide me?

for your information, today I made several attempts:

- automatic update from wordpress (Dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes) then - I downloaded the themes woodmart.zip on wordress (replaces the old version to put the new one), I downloaded the 2 plugins js-composer (zip) and revslider (zip), update ok but still no WPBakery update, I still have version 5.7. whereas it is now at version 6.4.2.

Default SHOP page doesn’t display products, it’s blank.

1. I switched from child to parent theme
2. Removed all custom code
3. Deactivated all plugins (except woodmart plugins)
4. Switched PHP versions on my server (Siteground)
5. Uninstalled and installed parent and child theme.

It doesn’t work. Seems like Woodmart with Woocommerce having some issues.

WP_DEBUG (Disabled at the moment) gives me this error on front-end:

6. Changed to Storefront theme, Woocommerce plugin it works and all products are showing at SHOP page like they should be.

So, is there any solution about this issue or are you familiar with it? And i don’t have “PAID” support to open support ticket on your forum.

I need support, but when I try register my email and license code I receive the information that code is already used by other email and if I try login or get the lost password using my emails I receive the information that user does not exist. How can I get support?

Hi, Just bought the theme and imported demo but wp bakery is not allowing to make any change to the website. It does not reflect. Can you check please ? When we make changes in wp bakery it redirects to 404 page. Its urgent.

I’ve purchased WoodMart – Responsive WooCommerce WordPress Theme from themeforest.net with regular license.

I was a new buyer from themeforest. I was also new to use a theme buying from themeforest. I didn’t know that I could use the license only for two times.

I used the license only for https://e-deal.com.bd. more than two times. I did that from my illiteracy. I did not able to install a demo for elementor use. For this I reset the site and give the license more than 2 time on my same domain. I assured you that I haven’t use more than one domain (e-deal.com.bd).

Now, It shaws that “You have activated your purchase code more than 3 times. You are allowed to do this for two domain only. Check all your activations on our website in your account section. You are able to deactivate some domains there.”

It will be very bad news for me if I can not active my purchased theme on my domain (e-deal.com.bd).

I can give you all my evidence. You can check. I think all the records are on store!

How to update child theme? Is it necessary to update child theme while updating the main theme?
