Hi I like your theme so much I went ahead and bought it twice. It has been working fine for ages, but recently I have had one issue that is no longer working. On chrome the video banner and the video button no longer work. Thanks for writing in! We do see that you have the latest version of the theme but you missed to update the Mikado Core plugin to 1.3.3, you are now using 1.2
You can follow the guidance on how to update the plugins from our article here Anyway checking your video banner as well it does work properly, so have you done some changes in the meantime?

I’ve purchased Wellspring and finding it extremely difficult to navigate to make what should be simple changes. I want every button, link, hover etc to be black instead of green. I cannot find the css file to overwrite this for all elements. Where are the css files? The wpbakery blockquote option has the quotation mark in green…there is no option to change the colour of it in the editing section. Where do I change the color of green hyperlinks….and on it goes. I’m about to give up and buy another theme. What a waste of time and money so far.

Hi, I tried an update of the theme today and everything was working except for the shop. It is an older version of Woocommerce (Version 3.6.5) because the payment gateway we use has not updated its plugin yet so I am waiting for that to happen before updating Woocommerce. The error when I debugged was “Uncaught error: Call to undefined function wc_get_loop_product_visibility()” – do you know what this issue is and is there a temporary fix I could implement while I wait to update Woocommerce? Hey, I have latest Version: 2.4 of theme. But while I update my WordPress to latest version of 5.5.1. Theme stop working. Thanks for taking an interest! We do think our theme does have many features. Commercial themes on Theme Forest often offer the framework of their own option, and they offer a lot of options, functionalities, and custom elements,
Also, we think that our theme is covered well with our theme documentation where you can see all the theme features and possibilities you do have with it. We do have options to change colors as well as font size so there is no need to add additional CSS from your side.

You did talk about icons, we do have icon sets in our theme which you can for sure make color changes. If you intend to use the images you can submit a request at our help center and our support team will be happy to help and provide you with the PSD files of our theme, and you could change the color of the images to your needs. Also, you do always have a choice to upload your own images which has a specific color. Please note that the images that come included within the theme do come with copyright and you can read more about it here

Hi, im very happy with your theme. I have only one problem, i can’t set up a pattern image for full wide page. Im trying to put small pattern image like 50×50 with repeat attribute. I was trying to use design option for row and also boxed version of page but I failed.

Within the theme options, you do have an option to set the background color, there is no option to set a pattern image but this could be added with a small piece of CSS code if you wish that.

Since our main page builder is WPbakery page builder and we added a lot of powerful shortcodes into it, we will keep this editor. But you are of course able to use Gutenberg editor and blocks if you want. Wellspring theme is compatible with the latest WordPress version and Gutenberg editor. And when it comes to the theme updates please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Hi, I’m using Wellspring theme but in this theme option there is no logo area to increase the size. Here is only general option to upload logo.
Hi there,
Simply upload the logo in double the size from how it will appear on your live website. E.g. in case the logo size on your website would be 100×100px, just upload the logo with the size of 200×200px. This will effectively make your logo super sharp and it will look completely amazing on devices with retina-ready screens!
In case your theme does not have the Logo Height setting, the maximum logo height will usually be determined by the header height option in Theme Options > Header. So to illustrate this further – if your header height is set to 100px, your logo holder will have a height of 90px, and that means that the logo image that you need to upload should have a height of 180px.
