Purchase this template a while ago, and the shop template section ever worked. It only shows the products but no sidebar. Even though I install other demos it still doesn’t add the complete template with sidebars.
Now I got the website already finished and still can’t see the Shop page correctly. :/ Updated the template to the latest version and no success on the Shop page.
hello i bought this theme although requirements are met import didn’t work properly, there is no footer header etc, ticket system is not working it gave me this error Sorry, this Envato account is already exists in our database. please help thanks

I am a customer of yours since I bought the theme (Betop) which we tried to do the Importing the demo content which gives totally wrong, we looked for all the way to solve it as to update the PHP try it on another server, we did all the steps of your documentation: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/betop-theme-documentation/getting-started/demo_import and even hired a Freelance and there was no solution.
We even tried to create a Ticket but it did not go beyond this screen: https://prnt.sc/10hgovp so we did not succeed, when we investigated we realized in the comments of themeforent that all those who buy the theme have this problem and last a very long period to respond and see a solution.
Already the period of delivery of the project I have it very delayed to comment to last 5 days or more solving the problem of sending a Ticket and then a week more to answer me the Ticket.
Unfortunately you want a full refund as I will have to finish my project with another theme.
I am waiting for the refund, Thank you very much for your time. And thank you in advance

The import demo is not working. I bought this two days ago and I tried everything the manual said to do. I called my hosting provider, I even hired a freelancer to install it for me and he even tried installing the theme on a different hosting platform with the same results..
Reading the reviews I got a bit sceptical because I clearly am not the only one with this issue and it looks like the customer support takes up to 5 days to respond or in some cases people say they don’t get answers at all.
I did a bit of research and I also noticed all the good reviews were placed on the same day (on facebook) which looks a bit fishy to me, but could be coincidence, whatever..
I would understand waiting a couple of days for a bug within the demo that is already installed, but how can you sell a theme when the demo is not even installing properly?

Update: Seems like there was a compatibility issue going on with wordpress importer itself. The support has set back an older version of the importer and “successfully” imported the demo, however, the demo is still not working, header and footer is not showing up, the margins are off, elements are missing, shop page is not working and the design of the shop page is also off than that of the demo. Design looks really nice, however, I can’t afford buying a theme and then either waiting a week for just the demo to be imported properly or having the theme not work at all.
Asked a refund which is pending atm.

I confirm that the import of demo templates does not work…. and the technical support does not answer, since a week I’m still waiting for a serious answer. They told me follow the instruction manual… I followed it, contacted the hosting who did what they asked, but the demo doesn’t work and neither does the theme… don’t buy it.

What is the point of paying for support when you don’t bother to update the theme? The last update was Nov 19. Reading the comments you keep promising an update is coming but it never happens? Very poor and puts me off ever buying one of your products again. When you are going to realise the to most of us, customer support is the most important thing? I read nothing about delays in responding to tickets, clearly no updates to the theme etc. Very disappointing.
Our developers working on the theme new version, we hope it will be released very soon. Sometimes it takes more time in order to check compatibilities, bug fixes, and new improvements.
Please note, support does not relate to the theme updates, you can receive updates even without an active support period.
