The header height adapates the content inside the header (for example the logo element height which you can change from logo settings), and you can add spacings between elements via the Space element.

The theme should be compatible with WordPress v5.6, currently themeforest hasn’t updated their list of WordPress versions that’s why it’s only showing versions until WordPress 5.5.x.

I am very pleased by the look of the demos of Essentials, and I am interested in purchasing this elegant theme but there’s one thing that is stopping me…
Why aren’t you using Elementor Pro? I saw a lot of other themes using the PRO version to give users of the theme the ability to use it with the FREE version (with limited features on the theme side) or with the PRO (to get the full potential out of the theme when paired with Elementor).
For example (and this is my main concern for not buying your theme now): The “Original” demo of WPBakery has the “Discover some of Essentials features” section with (TABS), while Elementor’s doesn’t and only shows sticky content.

If I do use Elementor PRO, would this work for me as in WPBakery or it is going to be like in your demo of Elementor? Cause this is a very big difference to me. And using WPBakery is kind of “awful” in my preference compared to Elementor Pro.
Please clarify this for me, and tell me if it’s gonna be possible for me to achieve the same look of WPBakery’s tabbed sticky section with your theme paired with Elementor Pro. And if there are any plans on moving to support the PRO version soon in near updates.

The theme uses the free version of elementor, and many users don’t have the paid version (elementor pro) and they don’t need to purchase it in order to use the theme since all demos are built using the free version.
Concerning the elements that contain nested elements (for example: Tabs), these are custom pixfort elements in WPBakery, and at the moment Elementor builder (Free version and Pro version) both don’t support nested elements inside other elements (so it’s not possible to have the same element even in Elementor Pro), however, it has a simple version (text only) of the tabs element.

What’s the best caching plugin to use with this theme?

Regular License / can I use it on more than one site?

All themes on themeforest are under the same license which requires one Regular license for each one end product for yourself or for one client, therefore installing the theme on different domains will require a license for each domain.
