I’ve submitted many support requests. Some are more than 2 months old and there hasn’t been a single response. The technical ‘support’ is seriously lacking.
You have over 35 tickets with us, we have helped you and solved around 30 of them. So why you don’t acknowledge the ones we have resolved. The 2-3 tickets we have not responded are all custom works that are not covered by Envato’s support policy.
I’m using this theme for my website. It’s not optimized in loading libraries, fonts, etc. One of the comments said this too. low google insight and GtMetrix rank. I make it a little better with some caching and optimization plugins.
We are continuously improving our theme, speed optimization is one of our priorities. If you need help specifically please create a support ticket.

We are using Saasland for our website and after switching from http to https the header logo image is broken. Everything works fine without secure connection but with https the logo image doesn’t load (only displays a broken image) and our website’s address next to it (where pressing the logo should redirect).

Please don’t suggest renewing my support with you (or attaching a photo as this explanation should suffice) as this seems like problem on your theme.

You can use one license in multiple localhosts, but only one live website.
is it possible to add link to product images like if someone click on the product image it will take them to product page so they can view all details and add to cart

We didn’t support “Polylang Pro” yet. WPML is supported, so you can use WPML.

You can’t use the “team” slug for a standard page. You can create a page using the slug “teams or our-team” and use the Elementor Team widget for this page.

No issue exists in the current SaasLand version, as you said. Please re-check it yourself or renew the support because we don’t know why the “Page Meta” is missing on your website’s page settings.
I’ve bought this theme last year, super nice theme. But i cannot import the demo content via the official way, atleast it doesnt import the inner pages. Im trying to get the all in one wp migration package, but i need a decryption key. But my support key is expired and cannot create an account in the support system to open a ticket. Is there any way you could help me with this?

Can you please write to us, which page you tried to edit using the Elementor? Also, have you got any errors from the Elementor while the page is loading?
You won't be able to edit any "Archive" pages using the Elementor. For some reason, I’m able to migrate my whole website properly but not the Saasland theme. Even importing the Saasland option settings doesn’t help. The theme is partially functioning: Header and footer go to default settings and i.e. the preloader color has changed. Why is this and how can it be fixed?
I do not have an ongoing support with you (so please don’t suggest creating a ticket) and I think this is a function that should work with a paid theme.
Please share a screen-record by recording the full method you tried to migrate the website with SaasLand Theme. It will help us verify the issue (If it really in the SaasLand Theme) and provide a correct solution for you.
You have missed the most BASIC Theme Options, such as Paragraph height! I love the graphics and the designs you have created by the with the piss-poor documentation makes this one of the ‘prettiest’ yet ‘un-customisable’ themes I have ever seen or purchased on ThemeForest.
