Hi,

Does your theme support candidate sourcing (research of candidates for the employer within the databases). And if so is it possible to include this feature in the pricing?

Kind regards,

Hello there,

Thank you for your interest in our theme. The feature you are requesting called the “Resume Manager” is not included with the theme. It is provided as a paid addon by WP Job Manager plugin and is supported by the theme.

Hope this answers your question. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, Ibrahim

Hi. I want to buy a theme but I have some questions:

1. If I do not use WooCommerce, does your registration form also include the option to enter a password? I don’t see this option in the demo. Wp Job manager has this option in the settings when adding an listing. So have you used it in the registration form?

2. Does the employer have the opportunity to manage their company in the panel? I do not mean whether it can do this when adding an announcement, but whether it has an independent tab for it.

3. Does your template hide the wordpress navigation bar without using WooCommerce?

4. If I use WooCommerce, will your template create new bookmarks in the “my account” menu of woocommerce? I am referring to bookmarks such as the employer panel or the candidate panel.

5. Where did the “companies” option in your template come from? you wrote, after all, that it is based on WP Job Manager, and I do not see such an option with them. From what I see it comes from JobHunt Extencions. So if I change the template, the companies will disappear… Can I disable this option?

6. Does the template contain user profiles where an employer or employee can manage their account? As is it in other templates for work? I mean things like personal information, changing your email address, etc? Is woocommerce required for this? Other templates to have, or yours too?

Thanks

Hello there,

Thank you for your interest in our theme. To answer your questions :

1. Our theme is built for WP Job Manager and supports all its feature. WPJM does not have a login page and they suggest using WooCommerce for this: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/registration-login-page/

2. Yes, an employer can manage all the jobs posted in the account.

3. Can you please clarify which navigation bar you are referring to?

4. Bookmarks are not an included feature of WPJM it is achieved using third-party plugins.

5. Yes, you can disable companies feature. It comes from our jobhunt extensions plugin included with the theme.

6. No, the theme does not include user account pages.

Hope this answers your question. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, Ibrahim

Hi! Pre-sale question:

How wors the notification of a job offer to a candidate? By lists? By type of work?

thanks!

Hello there,

Thank you for your interest in our theme. Our theme is built for WP Job Manager and supports all its feature.

WPJM by default does not have job notifications. You’ll have to rely on third-party plugins to generate alerts.

Hope this answers your question. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, Ibrahim

Are there a list of shortcodes I can use? I want to build in Elementor but a lot of the pages I cannot. Thank you

Hello there,

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Home pages in Jobhunt are built using page templates. ( Ref: https://docs.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-page-template/ ). This means there will be no content in the text editor area or visual composer backend editor. The content is loaded from the template file and are configurable via page options meta-box that are present below the editor ( Ref: https://docs.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-page-template/#home-v1-page-options ). This makes sure that the home pages are independent of page editors.

However, you can also build the home pages using King composer or Elementor. For example, you can build home v1 by following the instructions given here: https://docs.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-king-composer/ or here for Elementor: https://docs.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt/topics/set-up-pages/home-v1/home-v1-via-elementor/

Instructions for King Composer: You need to paste the code given in the documentation into your child editor to generate the page using King Composer. Here is a video on how to paste the VC code from the documentation into your page: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mIsMoJmhKVo

Instructions for Elementor : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PkC5g_S-Vok

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions or need further help.

Thanks, Ibrahim

Great, all makes sense thankyou. I have replied to your support email with a couple of changes as I need to make the menu header deeper / larger logo.

Awesome support thank you.

Hello again,

Thank you for getting back. Can you please let us know your ticket number? I will check with my colleague on the status of your ticket.

Thanks, Ibrahim

Is there a German translation for this theme? Please provide a link to the translation file.

Hello there,

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Jobhunt is available in English only. However, the theme is translatable and we have included all the strings with the pot file. You can use a plugin like loco translate to translate the theme into your language. You can find instructions here : https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/#section-5

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions or need further help.

Thanks, Ibrahim

Pre-sale question: Does this theme work with restrict content pro for restriction, I have used woocommerce but not a fan of it.

Hello there,

Thank you for your interest in our theme. Restrict Content Pro plugin works independent of the theme. There should be no issues in using this plugin with our theme.

Hope this answers your question. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, Ibrahim

Hi, I bought the Job Hunt theme. I’m having trouble translating. Do you have a tutorial?

Hi!

Before purchasing this beautiful theme, I have 1 question. Is it possible to change the header image for every job? So when posting a job you can select a image to change the header image?

Can you please tell me where exactly you want to have the header image with a screenshot?

https://demo4.madrasthemes.com/jobhunt/job/networking-engineer/?job_single_style=v3 the header on pages of a job that are posted. So I want to set a different header to every job i post. Do you understand what i mean?

Hello again,

Thank you for getting back. I understand your requirement. I believe it is straightforward and can be achieved with a bit of custom coding. Unfortunately, we are currently unavailable. However, I’ve noted this requirement and I’ll check with our developers if it is possible to include this as a feature in our next release.

Thank you once again for your inputs.

Kindest Regards, Ibrahim

Hi,

Just one question, there are restrictions for candidate and employers user? or is possible that both can post resumes and add jobs at the same time?.

Thanks.

Hello there,

Thank you for your interest in our theme. Candidates and Employers are different users with different capabilities.

Resume Manager is not included with the theme and it needs to be purchased separately.

Hope this clarifies. Let us know if you have any other questions or need further help with the theme.

Thanks, Ibrahim

Is it comes with messaging inbuilt with recruiters and clients?

Hello there,

Thank you for your interest in our theme. Jobhunt is built for WP Job Manager. WPJM does not include messaging feature.

Hope this answers your question. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello, I really liked the template. I have some doubts about this template. Please, can you help me?

1) This site is for employers and candidates, correct? 2) Is the login and password creation program ready? 3) In order to upload a curriculum, can candidates themselves register and submit their resumes? 4) Can employers also register the company automatically? 5) Is it possible to leave the resumes visible only after the employers’ login?

Thank you, Hugs

Hello there,

Thank you for your interest in our theme. To answer your questions :

1. Candidates/Resumes is a premium feature provided by Resume Manager plugin. It is not included with the theme.

2. Login and Signup pages are included.

3. Resume Manager is not part of the theme. If you have resume manager license you can use it for this feature.

4. Yes. Employers can create companies.

5. This is a feature of resume manager and not of the theme.

Hope this answers your questions. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, Ibrahim

hey, Jobhunt theme is compatible with this – https://wordpress.org/plugins/mas-wp-job-manager-company/

If yes, is it possible to disable your default companies profile feature, because the default one is not good enough

Hello there,

So after the client signed up on this theme and we choose it based on the statement that its elementor compatible i had to find out that its NOT elementor compatible.

The frontpage cant be manipulated at all, all sections are fixed and we cant add any elements (not even with the king composer which the theme uses), there are no templates within elementor which we could load in order to recreate the homepage.

So how do we proceed from here?

I also read in the comment section that there are problems with translations, lets see if this will be a 1 or 5 star after we are done, we gonna have to work with this now since the project already started.

The client already signed the contract and agreed on this theme, a refund and theme change is not an option, we have to make this work now.

a.) how do we setup the homepage in elementor, the search element is entirely missing? our webdesigner spent 2 hours yesterday trying to recreate the frontpage.

b.) Do we just have to install the 129$ bundle and the resumee option on the jobpage will appear or do we have to format the entire site and install the demo content again?

Thank yo in advance, lets make this work, you should change your advertising strategy since as it is at the moment it will just yield negative results (no real elementor support, hidden 129$ charge).

We also just went through king composer in case you dont have a solution to work with elementor we could at least solve our problem there but also, there is no option for the jobsearch banner within the hero section.

We need a about us section underneath the hero section.

We are sorry. You’ve already called us scammers. We are not going to work with such customers. You can request a refund and move on.

How to skip cropping of the logo? I’m trying to upload a HD logo but due to cropping the logo always gets the small size with very low quality!

Just purchased the theme for a client project.

Wanna test your response time to comments and also have a question:

Can we mix for example homepage v4 and contact v2 and resume v2? or just do a demo import for v4 and thats it?

thank you in advance

Hello there,

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Our response time is 1 business day.

Home pages and Static Pages in Jobhunt are built using page templates.

The demo import will import all home pages, contact pages. You can delete the pages that you do not wish to have. Resumes layout is configured via theme options.

Hope this answers your question. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, Ibrahim
