ur theme is not supported by any wordpress seo plugin such Yoast SEO or rankmath, when installed one of these i got in the title of te pages created – myblog == title of the page + MY blog
this is very annoying to get the word my blog to be added to the title of the pages. and we can t set wordpress site with no seoplugin, it s ridiculous.
i am waiting ur answer regarding to fix this, ur theme has issues

4. No, If you remove the Contact Form 7 our theme will not be break.
