I recently downloaded this theme via Envato Elements. Initially, it seemed perfect for my project, but after installing it, I encountered several serious issues:
The theme appears outdated and unnecessarily complex.
Several theme settings do not work (e.g., logo is not displaying, 404 page is missing).
I understand from previous responses that you wont help on items from Elements. However, given that these issues are not isolated—and are affecting multiple users—it’s disappointing to see no guidance or fixes being offered, even for basic functionality problems.
I will be reporting this theme to Envato as faulty and misleading. I hope you reconsider offering at least minimal support or documentation to help users address these common issues.

I am used to installing wordpress templates but often they are different page editors. I would like to know before taking yours what is your editor like for example WPBakery? and inserting a plan, Contact form 7, are the submenus possible? No Slider Revolution either installed? I bought your theme by Envato Elements but I have no code !
I have few questions :
1/ How Can I have more text in each box menu text (no limit) ? Actually it’s like in Box pictures join with this request but I would like a lounger text like cyrille-billot-reception.html
your boxes are too small for including a complete menu. Each line refer to a Menu Food while I want just including a center text .
2/ I have include my logo in TEME OPTIONS / LOGO SETTING but in home page ther is forever RICA logo before it turns into sticky one and became mine logo. is there something else to do ??

Element and ThemeForest are difference, you can’t transfer from Element to ThemeForest.

It because I have misconfigured filesystem permissions. If permissions are configured correctly, I wouldn’t even have to enter my FTP credentials. So you should fix this on your side, not on my side.

It is solved. it was regarded bulk install but it works one by one. The open table plugin does not install in bulk action it gives that message “Something went wrong with the plugin API”.
How can I get that open table plugin?

Please, a few presale q:
- The Open Table Widget plugin is rather old now. It looks like the author has stoped support it. I’ve read the online documentation of theme and even not found this plugin in reccomended plugin’ list there. But the reservation is more important part of all restaurant themes. Can you offer the other reservation decision, which works fine with your theme?
- Please, visit the admin panel and update the dates of past events on the demosite in order I can see, how you styled the event calendar on your online-demo.
- In menu section on demo, can I choose the link to the post insead of the lightbox for picture?

I know, how works with the Event Calendar, but I’d like to see, how this plugin is styled on your demosite. “No item found” there: http://prntscr.com/mai8pe Is it so hardly for you just log in and update the dates of older event’ posts in demosite admin area? Or you are sales manager only?
Also, as I said earlier, the One Table Widget didn’t get any updates in 2 years. It looks the author already dropped out his OTW-plugin. It will be better for my customer to check some plugin-free restaurant themes in this case.

Thank you for updating, now it looks perfect, though the padding on the left side is absent or not determined. Also I usually buy the event calendar pro for each theme, and it is rather hardly to use it with other themes (problems concern the styling, working with theme shortcodes, with guttenberg view and so on)..

Ok, so am I to understand that the resolution to the ‘template outdated warning’ is to simply change the version numbers myself to hide the errors?
How does that give us any confidence that the warnings aren’t just being swept under the rug?
