Hello there, theme looks great, is it support multiple languages and also in admin panel? Can we change admin panel language? Is it possible multiple languages in admin panel and website? Is it support all checkout methods? Credit cards, debit cards, paypal etc.

- You need to use a plugin for multilingual feature ( eg. WPML )

- Admin panel language will be in English, btw, you can translate it manually using wordpress localization function.

- Credit card ( stripe ) and paypal ( basic html form ) checkout is supported.

I had to buy a theme with a search page in the demo, but when I download it, it doesn’t exist and they say i have to pay extra for that.

I know support is expired. But just a quick question, why images are not resizing automatically in a row. Even if set a fixed with, if images are in same row has different aspect ratio they doesn’t maintain a same size. This happens on all modules in editor. https://i.imgur.com/LtZxXZh.png

I’m not sure what wrong, could you try to use regenerate thumbnail plugin to update the thumbnail then check it again?

​Hello

I have an issue with the email invoice. I translated all the words in the po file but when I buy a tour and I pay with PayPal the email invoice is not translated… instead when I pay with bank transfer and I update the transaction order the email invoice is correctly translated.​

I don’t know how to fix this mistake.

Please make sure you change all the email content under: Tourmaster > General > Admin E-Mail Content and Customer E-Mail Content and the last: Enquiry E-Mail Content.

1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not.

2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/

3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.

After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.

1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.

2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.

3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.

Let me know if this helps or not.

​Hello,

I’ve updated WP to 5.6 and I have latest version of traveltour theme. I’ve realized that pagebuilder is not working for one page it is just blank. It is working for all other pages. When I export the page to xml, obviously it contains pagebuilder information.

I’ve tried to deactivate all other plugins in order to avoid possible conflicts.

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately that didn’t help either. I’ve tried also other browsers or private modes. But I’d like to mention one additional fact. Pagebuilder is not working (resp. pagebuilder menu is visible, but content is not there) on only one page and also it’s empty on live page. It contains only header and footer. Post itself was last time changed in 2017 :)

Hi, I am registered user, and just updated my site with last Wordpress 5.5.3, as well as the template and required plugins, si there a known problem related with the Dates And Price module inside the tour page??

After updating, if I try to open the modules in each tour, it’s not possible, and I cannot add new dates for any tour. Even not adding new Dates and Price modules… Actually I tried to duplicate one, and then I somehow deleted the original and, the tour now does not have actual dates, so it disappeared from my homepage, and there is no way to add new dates and prices so it appears again… it’s a total disaster for our business…

I could try to use a security copy to restore, but I would lose all the customization I had to fixed after I did the update, which is huge work… and still won’t be sure if it would work when updating everything again.

Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version in order to use with WP5.5 Also, by updating the theme, please make sure that you update GoodLayers’ Plugins as well and please clear browser cache after updating.

I have a little problem.

I have a question, how I can you change the ”/tour/my-tour-name”? for some other phrase, we need it in Spanish, so that it remains ”/oferta/my-tour-name”

You can try adding something like this to funtions.php file in child theme for this.
