After I click place order it redirects me to an empty card message and at the bottom of the page it says you cant purchase with an empty card! Instead it should say thank you for your order, but it doesn’t. How can I fix this? I cant seem to find any option for that.

I have tried to use it with Storefront and again I have the same problem. What could be the issue?
I keep receiving an email that the order has been placed, and the order appears in the orders list in woo commerce. Its just that the messages displayed in the page that opens after i click place order don’t make sense.
Sorry, but if it doesn’t work with other themes as well then it is not something related to WoodMart. It is some plugin conflict or WooCommerce bug.

Hi, Elementor related questions: I have found that it is not possible to assign a Header from the Woodmart header builder to an Elementor Archive Template? There is no Meta option for this within the Archive Edit page. Am I missing something or is it really not possible?
If it’s not initially possible, a new Woodmart Elementor ‘HEADER’ widget would solve this….

Anything that you can see on our demo can be configured on your website as well. But it looks like something doesn’t work or you missed some settings. That is why we asked you create a topic on our support forum. Otherwise, we are not able to check what is wrong on your side.
I’ve never set up this option, just right now I wondered about thi. I thought perhaps there is an option on Woodmart Shop options settings to display the starts review over each product on grid mode… something similar to “Bordered grid”, thats all, but I didn’t find that option on Shop settings or in the documentation.

First, the product must be at least one review, and then the star rating are display depends which style hover product it’s active.

The main difference is the platform that these are built for. The first one is built and maintained by a different author and works with the Shopify platform. And the second one is the original WoodMart template that we built for WordPress and WooCommerce.

I have a question about the updates. For 5.3.5 you state: REMOVED: Deprecated jQuery methods.
Is Woodmart 5.3.6 still compatible with WORDPRESS 5.5.3? I cannot update my site to WP 5.6 just yet but I’d like to keep my theme updated with newer versions if possible (to get your fixes and such).
But you say you deprecated jQuery methods (in 5.3.5), I am assuming maybe for WP 5.5.x? If so should we stay on Woodmart 5.3.4 if we are still on WP 5.5.x? A compatibility disclaimer on the updates would alleviate this type of question.
And if this answer is a ‘Yes, 5.3.5+ is only compatible with Wordpress 5.6’ is there a way we could get the latest theme update compatible with Wordpress 5.5.x still? Some of us have many plugins and cannot update WP right away.

Usually, we don’t recommend to update our theme if you don’t update WordPress or installed plugins. If you want to update our theme, then you have to update everything. Otherwise, you will get some conflict sooner or later. But yes, it should work with WP 5.5.3 without any issues now.
