We have the followng questions:
1. How is it possible to change / delete the video background for the blog page under pages > blog
2. How is it possible to delete the :hover nav brackets. No css parameter is found
3. How is it possible to add additional css for the sticky main menu. Also no ccs parameter/class found
4. How is it possible to set/change the horizontal grid size for each section inside the backend under Design > Customizer > Edit Layout > Sx Section

1. Open blog page in WordPress Customizer (open Appearance / Customize then navigate to blog page) and change blog widgets via left panel (Edit Layout / Blog Page Widgets).
2 – 4. Not supported by theme settings. This can only be done with CSS coding. Coding is not in scope of support, but if you have coding skills, you should override the current CSS definitions. Use the web browser tools to view the current CSS definitions for HTML elements. If somehing is not working as you want you can post link to your website and I write what is wrong.

Maybe I did not quite understand your question correctly. But if you log in as admin and then open any page in the frond-end, you will see see the admin bar. If this page displays SX Background Video, then you can find this widget in the left sidebar by clicking on Customize and then Edit Layout. Delete SX Background Video from where.
i mean a simple page which was created under Pages > New page. Without the customizer and the sx sections.
Every page which was created as a new page has the background video.
Open any new page as I wrote above via Customizer and delete widgets from “Default Page Widgets”

You should install the theme like any other WordPress theme but you should install free version of Layers first.

I’d have been willing to accept that, but the image of the tea cup was actually on my page on my site, the tea cup photo was imported with your demo content.
Most likely, your page was once accessible with demo content, someone inserted a link to it on Facebook and page was cached.
Why is the image there in the first place? I see no setting for it. How do I remove/replace it?
Facebook doesn’t necessarily cache the first image. Most likely, at some point in time, the cup was be the most important image on your website for the caching algorithm. Do you mean how to remove/replace the image from the Facebook cache?

Please post link to your page and describe which image should be deleted. It is also advisable to give a link to a Facebook post to make it clear what the problem is.
Here’s a link. This happens every time I create a new page, the tea cup image is in the background of the page, especially if there is very little content on the page. You might not see it at the bottom if your screen isn’t tall enough, but it’s plainly visible there.

You probably haven’t transferred all the files to the new server. The theme is not tested with third party plugins, I cannot recommend which one is better to use. Theme users use a variety of SEO plugins. Usually, if there are any problems, they ask here. Before installing the plugin, I recommend that you check if anyone has any difficulties with it. The most common problems are related to caching settings.
Hi x40, Google changed some SEO-aspects, so suddenly they find my mobile menu text is too narrow to be clicked on a touch screen. Can I just change the text size of the mobile menue (not the extended tile menu) to a bigger font size? Thx, Kai

One more thing. The mobile Menu1 is forwarding to all the links correctly, but the user has to manually close the menu. Could I or you change it to automatically close after a menu link was touched by the user?

Hmm, there is no “Additional Scripts” in the “Customize / Footer” menu. But there is “Additional Scripts” in the “Customize” menu BELOW the “Footer” menu. I insterted the code there. Does not change anything. The mobile menu links to outside addresses do close the menu, the links to anchors still leave the menu open and too difficult to close fo the user.
Aaaaah, found it and it works !!! It’s “Page-Settings / Additional Scripts / Custom Footer Scripts”. There I inserted your code and it solves my issue. Cool!

You can create additional pages and add them to any theme menu just like in any other WordPress theme.

the image slider within the page has overlapping photographs when you slide through the photographs. Go to the page and slide through the photographs and you will see some photos overlapping.. How can I keep the photos from overlapping..
Theme has not been tested with third party plugins. It looks like a conflict with a plugin. Try to disable the plugin you are using for the slider or use another plugin for this purpose. Perhaps the default WooCommerce gallery will work ok. If this does not solve the problem, try disabling other plugins.
Your theme (Skrollex) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this: Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
I am not sure but the overlapping is still happening and this is the last and final issue with my website.. if you can help to fix.. otherwise it looks Jenky… and no one will purchase form me..
Strange message. The theme does not contain WooCommerce templates. The theme has not been tested with this plugin, but it seems unlikely to me that WooCommerce incorrectly detects templates to support it. Rather, it looks like someone added WooCommerce files to the theme. Try uninstall theme and reinstall. Also try deactivating all plugins.

Hello, I have the theme in 2 languages English & Arabic. I reviewed your previse answers to (HaifaK) on how to change the font in Arabic page and I visited this URL (https://fonts.google.com/?subset=arabic) to see if there is any of these fonts available on the theme. unfortunately, non of them is available! is there any way to upload the family font for example this one “Cairo” to the them to be used ?

I checked. Indeed, it turns out that these fonts are not yet available in the theme. Unfortunately, you can set fonts in a different way only via third-party plugins (may not be compatible with the theme) or via CSS code. I will add support for these fonts in the next update.

Is it possible to upload a YouTube video for the Desktop and then have an image for the mobile separately?
If you mean background video, then in SX Background Video, use the Alternative image option. This image will be shown on mobile devices.
But can I use both at the same time? one for video desktop and an image for the mobile website..

Hello, I would like to ask two questions about the Skrollex Template. I’m building a website for myself, but I’m not a web designer, so please excuse me asking any stupid or obvious questions.
First question, do we have control over the break points on the site? What I mean is that I don’t like how the ‘about studio’ section of the Lynda template looks on my iPad (portrait). The three columns of text get too narrow before they break and display one under another. Am I able to do this? Do I have control over where things break?
And the second question is very similar. On the first section, I don’t like how, when viewed on a phone, the type is over the persons face. I intend on recreating the template quite closely with images of peoples faces. Ideally, I would want it to display as the text underneath the picture, or the picture underneath the text when on smaller screens. Is this possible? To look, for example, like another section of the example site (‘Who we are’ section) where the picture is above the text.
If it isn’t possible, then is this something a web designer could do for me, for example, if I paid someone to make that small change? I imagine that it would be possible to do with the bootstrap template that you offer, but I don’t know if it’s possible to do with the Wordpress template.

In demo pages, columns are scaled automatically. You cannot change this using theme parameters. But the theme allows you to create pages using third party plugins and some plugins allow you to do this. However, keep in mind that it will be difficult to recreate the demo pages using third party plugins. All demo pages are recreated in one click using presets and edited using the free version of Layers. But you can also create pages using the standard WordPress editor, for which there are many plugins in the WordPress repository, as well as ready-made page templates.
Background images are scaled to fit the window. Because the size and aspect ratio of the window is different on different devices, you cannot be sure that the text will always lie on the image where you want it. Therefore, you shouldn’t rely on it, but you can place images under the text or near the text in any section, as in the Who We Are section.

If page created via presets you can edit it via free version of Layers. You can also create pages via standard WordPress editor. Layers pages can be edited via WordPress customizer. Hi, Is there any option to reduce font size of the sx section in mobile devises? Headings goes for two lines in mobile devices. I just want to get reduce the font size scaler to screen resolution.
Fonts are resized automatically. Unfortunately, there are no such options to change this behavior. This can only be done only with Custom CSS if you have coding skills.
My issue is fonts are not resized automatically. It is always same size for each screen. Why is this?

Only headings that have the default font size are scaled. If you set the font size inline (in the editor), then the title is not automatically scaled.

This button should be on the border. Most likely you set the transparency to 100% (Transparency A by default) in the color scheme, so it looks like this. If you post a link to the page, I can tell you more precisely.

The link is required authorisation. To disable filters just delete filter options in all columns. Click eye icon in column options.

If you’ve done everything as described in the WordPress documentation and you have blog posts available for viewing, then they should be displayed. Describe in more detail what is displayed instead of posts. It is desirable to send a link to the page.

It’s strange. Try creating a blank page and making it as your blog page. If it doesn’t help, try disabling all plugins after this.

Elementor is not supported by this theme. Please see Elementor documentation or asks Elementor support team. The theme has not been tested with this plugin, but if this is the only problem, perhaps it can somehow be solved. But this behavior seems strange to me. Perhaps the problem is incorrect Elementor settings.

Just select the same font in the site settings. But keep in mind that some fonts may not be available in the theme if they recently added to Google.

I am using the Skrollex and there was this html button code within the theme that I modified to open a new page when someone clicks any of the buttons but it doesn’t work. Inside SX Section you can use third party plugins is this plugins can works as shortcode. Inside pages which created via standard WordPress editor you can use plugins which can works as blocks or as shortcodes.
