I’ve raised 3 tickets of which none of the issues have been resolved or replied to with some sort of solution that worked. I find the template has a lot of problems and the support has been lackluster.
We resolve tickets from oldest to newest. In that regards it’s a humble request not to bump tickets as it pushes the ticket back into the queue. However, our developer we’ll replay to your tickets now.
Having said that please accept my apologies for the trouble you are facing.
