Hi again, On the category page, sold out products should be listed at the bottom. Why can’t I set this up?

It’s ridiculous not to be able to do this. Customers want to see products that are in stock first.

Hi, there’s always an icon there as default, you can override it with another icon, not a background image. In this case you might be able to hide the icon by choosing None https://cln.sh/bg1IDW

Hi, that should work fine as it’s an admin extension and should not interfere with Journal, but you should consult with the extension developer all the same in order to confirm compatibility.

Hi, Journal version 3.1.4 has a bug on showing voucher items in quick checkout page under shopping cart. Voucher items will not become visible. Only total is there but the item line with description, quantity is missing. Used to work in Journal version 3.1. Bugs are in the following file: controller/jounal3/checkout.php. Please check/fix.

Hi, in header/search/default auto suggest Search in Sub Categories is missing that should be under Search in Description how do i get that back what file is it in or is that in the database. my search is not working if i set it to search in a sub category thats the reason why … Thanks

There is no fault in the demo, the page you are referring to has 4 subcategories on top (Jackets, Shirts, Sleeveless, Summer) but only one subcategory has products directly attached to it (Shirts) therefore filter module shows only that category.

In general, filter shows possible filters for the products on that page, if a category doesn’t have items attached to it it won’t be shown in the filter because clicking on it will show no results.

Comments are being forwarded to different developers and some are answered faster as answers come at different times.

Also, a little kindness goes a long way, Envato introduced paid support and everyone else respects this, you are asking for help using an impolite tone and you assume these are theme bugs but they aren’t.

We do our best to help everyone and always take note of bugs reported in the comments, however when various local issues need to be investigated tickets have to be filed and support renewed, like everyone else.

if that is the case then my site as over 5000 products if i click my first category in that category it as products in every subcategory yet all the subcategories are not being showen in the filter but they are at the top thats what i dont get is iv told you that many times and yet you still try to say its not a fault .. also to do with the impolite tone people get like that is because when you see your post being ignored that was posted18 hours ago and yet your answering post that are new it is not right.. iv noticed it wont show subcategories in the filter if the subcategory as other subcategories in it thats the problem whatever subcategory is at the top should be shown in the filter and yes i no if the category as not got products in it, it shouldnt show thats right but mine as products in everyone.

We have already explained what is happening in the demos so there is no issue in our demos. If you have an issue on your store, we will have to access it and take a look at how it was setup in order to see if there is an actual theme issue or not.

So, if there is something that doesn’t work in our demos we will fix the issue immediately, but if there is something that does work in our demos but not on your store you will have to ask for help using our support system.

Hi guys, I have a client with a purchased theme but with expired support. I can paste the purchased code here if needed or send it via email. He has some issues since the last few days as explained below:

1) If you click on the product image – it does not open it. It’s enabled in the Product Style Journal Control Panel but does not work.

2) Also, if you open a product, you will see that if you hover over the product image it does not zoom in. I disabled it for now because if I enable it, Live Price Update stops working. But even if I enable it, the hover zoom does not work.

When I try to click on a product image, the console in the browser gives me this:

Hi, you should never publicly share a purchase code. Moreover, the purchase code must match the username that purchased the theme, so ensure that is used in communication with us.

However, support in this particular case (where we can’t replicate the raised issues on our end) your client needs to renew support and file a ticket on our support page with temporary access to the setup and have our developers investigate.

But why he should renew the license if somehting just stopped working? It’s not his mistake because he only ads and manage products, nothing else. Everything worked perfect till yesterday so how may we know if you didn’t stopped an external script or something? Weird.

If it cannot be replicated on our end it’s most likely not theme related. Besides that, support is limited to 6 months or 1 year from date of purchase.

Yes you can see the email but not the whole field on mobile and customers are complaining they cant see it on mobile..how do I change it for mobile
