I just updated to WordPress 5.6 and my Slider Revolution stopped working!! I’m running The7ver 9.5. Slider Revolution is ver 6.2.23. It’s telling me to upgrade to 6.3 in order to get it to work. I can’t upgrade the plugin. Please help!!

But of course, you can wait for the upcoming update, see if it fixes your problem (there was a general problem with JS). And then, decide whether you need to submit a ticket or not. Thanks!

The version on the theme on ThemeForest is usually lagging behind the one on our servers. This is done because of piracy concerns 
You can update the theme to the newest version via the Dashboard > Updates screen.
When I download theme I get v.9.1.2 not latest theme. Please help

Hi! Could you please test if it works with standard WP theme. I am not sure Slider Revolution is compatible with PHP 8.0. Could you please try downgrading the PHP version.
Yes, it works with PHP 7.4, but I have no license for Slider Revolution, so I can not contact them directly. I only use it bundled with your theme. Could you be as kind as to contact the makers of Slider Revolution and ask them to issue an updated version compatible with PHP 8 that would be great help for us. I do not use PHP 8 in production yet because there are a lot of incompatible plugins but we have to work on solving these. Thank you.

WP update to 5.6 and the7 update to v9.5.0. Menu can’t sticky on PC and disappear on mobile.

Theme doesn’t work with Wordpress 5.6. We had to install Jquery Migrate to get it fully functioning again and there are a lot of deprecation warnings in the log. When will there be an update?
Hello! Please make sure you have the most recent theme version – 9.5.0. The theme does works fine with WP 5.6. Also, please try deactivating your third-party plugins.
Hello I am using The 7 Theme and I am adding social media icons to my header using microwidgets option. For some reason my site is autocorrecting my desired social media URL by adding my domain name to it.
So after submitting my social media URL it turns into: www.mydomain.com/www.facebook.com/mypage
How can I fix it to only show: www.facebook.com/mypage

This is not possible technically. Besides, we have clearly marked Elementor, WPBakery, and Elementor demos as such. So there’s no way to confuse them pre purchase.
Hi, we have been using your excellent theme for a few years now, on many different types of websites. Although we have had some problems with page load speed in the past, we have never had results like the ones we have been seeing for all the sites we have active while using your theme The7. Our own business website is developed using The7; but now, our GTMetrix grade, which used to be around C+ or sometimes even B, but now, is a sad F. This is the case even after we have tried different cache plugins, and different settings. We wonder if this is something happening to other users of your theme.
