Hello,
I bought the theme yesterday. After I activated the plugins, the WP reported that a critical error appeared. I contacted the WP support and we figured that are some files from your end are not provided. We worked through several debug guides and off a new, untouched WP site – nothing worked. Please provide the files and guidance.

You can watch our youtube video tutorial. You can see documentation. You can find email to contact our support team if you have some issues with demo installation. WP support – who are those people? Are they are good enough to support our themes?
WP-support is the WordPress support team. I watched your YouTube video and get to the same outcome.
It is very interesting to debug something without understanding the core. You can show WordPress support team that video. Just curious. You pay for support. Just send us the letter with your credentials. We need to take a look. Support team is ready to help.
The Envato support is looking into it. Fingers crossed that they can figure it out.

Hi, I am building an online store to sell simple products. Does your theme support this? How does the product page look like ?
All our themes are WooCommerce compatible. There are some shop pages to look on demo.
Is it possible to customize the footer to woocommerce products? I don’t see the option

Good Morning OGO Team,
I have an issue with the OGO theme, i have created a full website with both english and arabic languages using the WPML plugin and everything is perfect since i can duplicate the page in arabic and start translating it.
But i face an issue in (Staff Single & Portfolio Single) pages that i can’t translate these pages and the english title and footer is shown on the arabic page, also i can’t duplicate these two pages cuz they’re not shown in (Pages) tab, and the only way i can change the title and the footer of these two pages is from the (Appearance > Customize) but it will not reflect the arabic page and the english title and footer will still be appears in arabic pages.
Please do help us as quickly as possible, cus the project is in a sensitive situation right now and it’s online so everyone can visit the site and saw the error i told you about.

I really like this theme, but the test results of Google PageSpeed are not satisfactory. If this can be improved, I believe there will be more sales.
Thanks. We believe to think about imagination at first, secondary – pagespeed, technologies etc. If you reduce number of images – optimized it may be, good hosting provider – you can do your best result.
I can see the demo importer plugin under plugins but have no idea where it is accessed so I can import the demo??

Hi. All our Themes must be compatible with popular plugins. Chat bot Hard to say – we do not test. You can try.
and many other issues like these . There is search icon showing in homepage even though it is turned off in setting and does not show in inner pages . List goes on. All the stuff i have been emailing you about for the pas many days. You asked for my site logins and then didnt fix the bugs

I have, you responses dont address the bugs in the theme. In the customization menu i had made changes which are NOT reflecting in the theme . Can you explain to me how is it possible that the inner pages are following orange accent (which i set) while homepage is following yellow ?

I dont know how many times i have to explain this … your theme is broken … the front end home page is not displaying the changes made in customization tab . I emailed that 4 day ago … the only response i get it “read manual” .. does the manual show how to fix bugged theme ? ... i have emailed about all of this already.

So, we’ve shared the manual’s url in case you didn’t see it. The manual describes the correct way of handling header/footer templates, so we assumed it would be useful for you.
Hi, a large number of theme wise changes im making are not showing in the front end from the customize theme section. Things like colors, copyright, footer and sticky menu logo

*edit – It’s cool fixed the problem. Had to manually import Rev Sliders after demo installation
After installing the demo everythign from the middle down on the homepage is missing. Its ok if the images arent included but the moving elements etc are also not showing?

I deleted my WP app. Followed the tutorial exactly as is with a new WP installation. Step by step as the video shows. But its the same as first two times. Please test this and get back to me here.
